Are you serious? Dude, it's seven against one. Superman could take down Spider-Man in a split second. There's not a chance Spider-Man could take on seven heroes in the Justice League. This is pretty much a one sided battle.

This isn't even close to a fair battle - even with Spider-Man at full power and ready to go he might only be able to take down one or two members before the battle was completely over- and that's only if he was attacked one at a time. The only way Spidey stands a chance is if he is given the Capt. Universe effect which made him the strongest hero in the Marvel Universe - even stronger than Thor. With that type of power he could easily go toe to toe and could perhaps find a way to beat the JLA. Without it though he doesn't stand a chance.

"Who would win in a fight, Mighty Mouse or Superman?"
that was one of my favorite quotes in movie history
"Superman would win, Mighy Mouse dosen't really exist, Superman is a real guy"

Not to sound mean, rude, or ignorant, but I'm getting sick of seeing Spiderman V.S. Batman , Spiderman V.S. Superman... etc threads. It just gets soo annoying seeing it over and over and voer.
I love threads like this, but only if the fights are fair. This one isn't, unless I missed something and 7 against 1 became a fair fight. :D

Spiderman has no chance

Well, Spidey might have a chance if the fight took place in the animated Justice League's universe, in which the heroes aren't allowed to gang up on a single enemy. Plus, I'll assume that the League fights stupid (like they always do) and that the writers want to drag out the fight because "How interesting would it be if the League won in five seconds?" (despite the fact that it makes no sense for the fight to last more than five seconds).
And also, all 7 members rarely show up for one adventures. I'll assume Green Lantern and J'onn stay at home for this one.
So...
Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Batman, and Hawkgirl fly to New York since they've heard about some threat or menace called Spider-Man.
After locating Spidey swinging about the city, they find him. Spidey's spider-sense tingles (either that or it's his shampoo) as the League attacks him.
Wonder Woman picks up a car and throws it at him. He dodges. He webs her up. She can't break free (in the comics she could, but in the cartoon, things are different). The thrown car smashes into a building, explodes, and sets the bulding on fire.
Superman rips up a piece of the pavement and throws it at Spider-Man. Spidey dodges. The thrown chunk of pavement smashes into a store, causing innocent bystanders to run in terror. Spidey webs up Superman. Superman starts to break free.
Just then, Batman throws an all-powerful electric Batarang at Spidey. Spidey dodges, and the batarang hits Superman, who collapses immediately from the 100 volts of electricity running through his body. Oh, and Spidey webs up Batman.
Flash runs around in circles beneath Spider-Man. Spidey webs up his feet, and he falls flat on his face.
Hawkgirl flies in a berserker rage at Spidey. She tries to smash him with her mace. She misses, and hits a building instead. The building begins to collapse on top of her and an innocent child walking on the sidewalk below. Spidey swings down and pulls the child to safety, just as Hawkgirl is buried beneath tons of rubble.
Around this time, the cops show up, and looking at the devastated city block and at Spider-Man, assume that only the villainous Spider-Man could be behind the massive destruction, so they start firing on him. He dodges and leaves them behind, wondering when people will learn that he's one of the good guys.

Howdy,
Maybe he meant who'd win in a Spider-Man DVD vs. Justice League DVD fight, in which case I'd probably have to say the Spider-Man DVD.

You forget tho, in the JL cartoon physics- Batman is INVINCIBLE. Unless he wanted to get webbed, he won't get webbed. And if he does get webbed, he'll have discovered some great weakness to tell the rest of the JL before he collapsed. :p

Cosmic Spider-Man would win
Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, that's another story
Point Blank, I don't think there's a single team that really defeat the Justice League: not the X-Men, not the Avengers, not even a collboration of the classic FF and the New FF (Spidey, Hulk, Ghost Rider, & Wolvy)
i don't mind these versus polls, as long as the're well-thought out
i love the what if battles in wizard mag
the last one was really funny: The Avengers vs. the Justice Friends (from Dexters Lab)
i have to admit though, most of the time the Marvel characters win out. wizard should publish a compilation encyclopedia of these fantasy matchups, similar to their annual dark book specials

Well, Superman would stomp Spidey like a bug.
You guys read the DC v. Marvel comics a while back? One of the matchups was Spiderman v. Superboy. Spidey won that match. Superman defeated the Hulk. Batman defeated Captain America, sort of. Aquaman beat Submariner. Robin beat Jubilee. Storm beat Wonder Woman. WW pissed me off in that fight. She had Thor's hammer, and all the additional power that came with it, and put it down before the fight because it wouldn't be "fair." Her whole universe is at stake and she did something that dumb. And she lost the fight. Great job there WW.
Thor by the way beat Captain Marvel. Wolverine beat Lobo.

OK, I dont understand why people closed the Batman vs Blade fight (which can have good opinions on both sides) as opposed to this ridiculous question?

Not sure why you would bump a thread as old as this one but it's closing time.
I really shouldn't have to say this, but please don't bump a thread as old as this one without making a post of substance relating to the topic. Referencing Jack Sparrow fighting Spider-Man is just bound to welcome confusion not contributing anything to the thread.
Anyway, Thread Closed.
