So, which one do you prefer?
As much as I loved the OnStar Batman commercials, since they were like quick Batman flicks, the Cingular Spiderman ones are pretty dang cool. If I wasn't stuck on Verizon, I would have switched to Cingular just because I get a "Spidey" cell phone!

The Batmobile was a real clever way to promote OnStar. It just made good sense. This Spider-Man thing is stupid. I saw that movie, and Spider-Man doesn't use a cell phone. But I don't think this is a completely legitimate question, because the Spider-Man footage isn't even original; it was lifted from the film. A better comparison would be this Cingular commercial with Spider-Man footage vs. the McDonald's commercial with Batman Forever footage. Batman beats Spidey there, too.

"Might I persuade you to take a sandwhich with you, sir?"
"I'll get drive-thru."

Boy oh boy, Batman is funny.

Man...that's awful...

But I gotta agree with my pal Terminatuh. The Batman ones were better. While that horrible "drive-thru" line is a definite groaner in Batman Forever (which in itself is a pretty lame movie), it does work in the commercials. The OnStar commercials were pretty awesome, definatly.

Both commercials are cool. And Pete probably does use a cellphone. Most people his age do.

I know, they should have used Spider-Girl! :D

Why are you staring at me like that? She uses a cell phone, and she keeps it in her web shooters. WHAT? It's cool!

Gyro, that's just scary.

Eh..I don't much care about using commercials for cellphones or whatever. I just saw a commercial for go-gurt light sabers(talk about a giant mess waiting to happen). Commercialism keeps the movie industry going, best just to smile at the stupidity and leave it alone.
