An odd rumor has surfaced. According to <a href="http://filmforce.ign.com/articles/358/358568p1.html">IGN FilmForce</a>, Owen Wilson (most recently of Behind Enemy Lines) is being considered to play the male lead opposite Ashely Judd in the upcoming Catwoman feature film. Below is an excerpt from the article:
The role is that of detective Tom Lone, a former Gotham City cop. Lone used to work the super-hero cases back in Gotham so he has little patience for a certain feline femme fatale who is now prowling his new beat in Lake City. Lone doesn't realize that Catwoman is also Patience Price, his mousy next door neighbor and prospective girlfriend.
Catwoman is being considered for a late 2003 release date.
