It's called "The Winner." TDA (http://www.toonamiarsenal.com ) has an mpeg video you can download of it. If you're asking for an mp3, though, then I can't help ya because I don't think we're aloud to say where you can download them here.

If you have the name, then you shouldn't have any trouble locating it yourself, anyway. ;)

Go to "new downloads" and then "Almost Toonami." That might be the 2nd opening, though. I can't remember.

the one in toonamiarsenal is the second opening "men of destiny".

The first opening (The Winner) is supposed to be used from
Ep.1-7' while the second opening (Men of Destiny) is used for the
rest of Gundam 0083.

Don't worry, I found it yesterday at http://www.danime.com. It has the full version of The Winner. Was The Winner originally on 08th MS Team?

No, it couldn't have originally been on 08th MS Team because 08th MS was made several years after 0083 was. ;)

08th's one and only opening theme is called "Arashi No Naka De Kagayaite." Danime just has a weird interface and they categorized the song wrong. :p
