The first show on this morning's Boomerang (1967) was "The Bugs Bunny Show". The contents were as follows...
MM: Oily Hare
MM: Holiday for Drumsticks
MM: Awful Orphan

I doubt that was a genuine Bugs Bunny show from around 1960. It was probably a regular Bugs & Daffy show that was full of Bugs Bunny show references. On a seperate note, they only showed Merrie Melodies. And the Bugs Bunny show was NOT from 1967! It was obviously a show that was reissued.

Why show "Holiday for drumsticks"?
It doesn't even have Bugs in it!

During the "Boomerang" 2-hour block, there's a 30 sec. (or so) pre-show block with miscellaneous show information including years broadcast and number of episodes made. After the "BBS" block, they went straight to the first short "Oily Hare"; no "This Is It" opening or closing credits.

That show did not air only Bugs Bunny cartoons. Come to think of it, Awful Orphan doesn't have Bugs in it either. One Bugs Bunny cartoon per show is not at all unusual.

Some of the episodes of the original Bugs Bunny Show from 1960-62 didn't even have one Bugs cartoon, though he appeared in the framing sequences.

That's ridiculous! To have that show feature no Bugs Bunny cartoons, and only fake clips. They should have called it the "Bugs Bunny Clip Show"
