I have been out of the comics loop for quite some time and I was looking for some suggestions. Warning: This is going to be long.

I originally started reading the Superman titles when Doomsday came along. I liked the Reign of the Superman story so I went ahead and kept reading. After a while, I couldn't keep up with reading this and other titles so I was wondering if you guys can give me info. on the following so I can make a checklist:

I remember the story where the Eradicator was in some chamber when all of a sudden a scientist had some reaction and controlled his body. Later in the issue, he flew away. Did they ever show him again?? If so, in what Superman comics (or other DC comics) did he appear in??

Another person I liked was the story with Hank Henshaw AKA The Superman Cyborg. In what DC issues did he reappear after losing to Superman in Reign of the Superman(if any)?? The same question goes for Mongul and Darkseid.

The latest I went up to in the Superman comics is Action Comics #700 (Fall of Metropolis). Did any other major things happen since then with Superman?? I'd really appreciate it if anyone could list the issues.

Did any big things happen with Batman since the end of Knightquest and after he got the Batman custome back?? If so, please let me know what issues (Did Bane ever return?).

On to Marvel: I remember the Maximum Carnage and Separation Anxiety games for the Super Nintendo. I know that Maximum Carnage was a 14 part Spiderman story, but was Separation Anxiety based on another story (I remember seeing a female symbiote like Venom and Carnage)?? If so, please list the issues.

Did Wolverine ever get his adamentium back?? I heard it was going to be bone from now on or something. Is there anything about that or any major X-Men stories since then??

There are many more questions I have, but I'll hold off since it is late as I type this. I would appreciate all helpful feedback. Thank you.

Both of the Spider Man games were based on comic stories. Unfortunately I stopped reading Spider Man around that time and I can't remember what the second game was based on. I don't think it was a part of the clone war saga.

I also quit reading X-men and so on around that time, but Wolverine did infact get his metal back according to comic book shop talk.

Now for something I actually know about for sure.

Batman

You stopped reading after the back break storyline? Yeah Bane returned during No Man's Land. He was paid by Luthor to destroy records so that he could buy up property in Gotham and rebuild it like his other city.

Speaking of No Man's Land? Did you read it? If not I really suggest you go pick up the 5 trade paper backs that cover the year long story.

To sum it up after Knightfall. Batman had to save his city from the contagion, then there was the big quake that lead into No Man's Land. After that he had to deal with Gordon being shot and stepping down. Now he is on the run for a murder he didn't commit.

So a lot has happened to the Bat since then. If you would like any more detail than that then let me know.

I remember that after Sondra healed Bruce's back, there was a story called "Prodical" (or something like that). I have the issues, but I haven't read them yet. In what issues does this big quake before No Man's Land occur?? Is it cheaper to get the paperback of No Man's Land or the separate issues?? Does No Man's Land cover this whole thing with Gordon being shot and all??

"Prodigal" came after Knightsend and was basically Dick Grayson taking over the mantle for a while.

As for the Cataclysm , just pick up the TPB, it collects

Batman 553-554
Detective 719-721
Batman:SOB 73-74
Nightwing 19-20
Catwoman 56
Robin 53
Batman Chronicles 12
Blackgate: Isle of Men 1
Huntress/Spoiler: Blunt Trama 1

It is most certainly cheaper to buy the 5 TPB's of NML than the individual issues. Although from what I hear there are some issues that were left out of the TPBs, that weren't integral to the over arching story. Also the Nightwing TPB "A Darker Shade of Justice" has some relvent issues in it.

Officer Down were Gordon gets shot is a seperate TPB.

Hope that helps :)

What story is Cataclysm?

It's the story that leads into No Man's Land. It might be cheaper to get the paper backs. They do leave some things out. If no one else posts the issues, I'll look in my boxes tomorrow and get them for you. The No Man's Land story lasted an entire year of our time. It covered every Batman book. You'll get the story with the 5 trades. There is some good stuff that isn't covered though like Mr. Wayne goes to Washington.
