So the rumors are true. BEYOND THE ICE was a title they might have used. So this might be a loose adaption of the novel ICEBREAKER, which was made into a non-Bond film I think.

Yup - that is ice! Alot of the movie will take place in Iceland. Alot of action scenes will take place in there. Neat fact: Early on the movie was rumored to share the same name as the direct-to-video Vanilla Ice movie - "Cool As Ice".
