Adult Swim bus ads in NYC

Hi everyone,

Well I was walking out of a Burger King in Queens this morning and saw stopped right in front of it a NYC bus with an Adult Swim ad displayed on its side :)

This ad had the Aqua Teens on it, with text saying "This ain't no kids meal." It also said "Aqua Teen Hunger Force on Adult Swim -- Animation for Adults. Sundays at 10PM on Cartoon Network."

I even see AS ads on ICQ and TV.... wiggy...

I've seen ads for Adult Swim on AOL as well. I'm glad they are slowly popping up everywhere :)

I'm going to be carrying my camera around NYC for the next few days....if I see a bus with an Adult Swim ad on it, I'll grab a snap. I've only seen the ad once before, it's not much to look at....still, seeing the Aqua Teens speeding through the city on the side of a bus is just a fun idea.

I'm not sure which channel it was, but I saw an Adult Swim commerical on either FOX, MTV, or Comedy Central.

There has also been a few AS commecials on TNT, but most of the time the adverts are for ASC. I haven't seen any for ASA.

We have Ads for the Brak Show on commuter trains in Chicago. It's nice that the word is being spread. :)

New Jersay transit trains also have AS adds on them... The one I see the most is for the Brak show but it states that the Brak show is on every Sunday at 10:00... so it is more of a ASC add then a brak show add...

I'll vouch for the Chi-town ones...they're on the buses and Metra trains. Said public transport also boasted Samurai Jack and PPG ads in the past...the only good thing I'd say came from the Chicago Transit Authority... :P on them.

I saw that same ATHF ad on buses in NYC also, as well as on cabs and in a PATH train.

BTW Anthony, what part of Queens were you in? I happened to be standing outside of the Burger King in Flushing when I saw the ad on a Queens Surface bus.
