I don't care for it, sorry. I think it's a step down for Bill Nye. He should have stuck with his science show!

I watch it sometimes. I like it when there's a cool battle, but sometimes you'll watch the whole ep and there won't be one good battle.
You know, like when the bots break down because the remote malfunctions or they go 3 minutes and barely hit each other. I'm watching this show for one reason: to see robots get fragged. When that doesn't happen I'm disappointed. But when it does, it's really cool.

I was thinking Flamethrower. Actually, I think it's against the rules to put a projectile launcher of any kind on them. So that's why nobody's done it.

jimmy kimble(bad spelling) from the man show said he would have a wooden onewith wheels and have a midget pop out every minute with a machine gun.

You can only use projectiles if they are tethered. So you could use a cannonball if you had a rope tied to it. The rules eliminate a lot of cool ideas, but they are necessary for safety of everyone there, prevent bullets from flying out of the battlebox, etc.:)
You can get all of the rules at battlebots.com
I am glad that they have explained how the bots get points more clearly. I always used to wonder how the judging worked.
