Edits in "Meet Joe Doughboy"?

When they show this cartoon on the Bob Clampett Show, there are two cuts. One is when they have the shot of the radio tower and it begins to move, and then they cut to the next scene. The second is when we see the Statue of Liberty spray the planes and they fall into the sea. They cut to the end before the planes have a chance to fall! Am I right?

That's the way "Meet John Doughboy" was released. The end gag was not edited. We indeed see the planes fall into the ocean. There's also a slight other pre-release edit. After the Jack Benny and Rochester gag, we see a newspaper, and the narrarator says "Tanks...", and it quickly cuts to the next scene. :confused:
