okay, remember back to "Batman and Robin Adventures" #19, with a guest appearance of the Huntress. I thought she was a pretty cool character, but they never have used her since. do you think it's possible she may ever show up in the "Gotham Adventures"? i've seen a sketch from a "No Man's Land" art book with her and Azrael lined up with the rest of the bat crew, but that's it...
also, and i know this has probably been brought up before, but which robin, dick or tim, do you like better from TAS? i gotta go with tim for two reasons. i like the idea of robin being a kid and dick grayson is so much more cool as nightwing...

I've never been a fan of either Robin. At all. But if I had to choose one or the other, I'd definitley have to go with Tim. Dick always came off as a cookie cutter character. He was the signature hothead of every group who only seems somewhat interesting whenver he's P.O'd about something otherwise, the characer is utterly boring. Every team has one. The Avengers have Hawkeye. The Fantastic Four have The Thing. The X-Men have Wolverine. The JLA had Orion. So the Bat family has Dick. I never found any redeeming qualities in him. Tim at least has little personality to him.
Cheers.

I think DG summed up DG's role best, myself. As Robin he's the perfect counterpart for Bruce and his darkness. I haven't noticed much of the ill tempered Dick in his Robin years, especially like that of Wolverine. Robin always added some color to Batman's dark world once in awhile, just to keep things different. I saw Dick in his Robin years giving more comic relief than hot headed acts.
Recently I've realized I've perfered Dick in his Nightwing years because he's a bit stronger, and darker. Once again, like his Robin years, he reflects Bruce's character because of how much he's pulled away from Bruce. Dick is old enough to realize what a curse Bruce's obsession and manipulation have casted on him, and knows it is absolutely unhealthy.
I love Tim too. He's a great character who's really likeable. He's a good counterpart to Bruce, but with some sarcastic/cynical personality traits thrown in too.

Why it's our hot headed Tim Drake as he saves "Annie" from a bunch of biker losers in TNBA's "Growing Pains". It's from the beginning scene. Love your avatar by the way. I'm working on a Nightwing one typing on a computer.

I think Robin is more of a fit than Batgirl. Yes, Batgirl is the female to Batman's male, but it doesn't work. You need to balance the dark with the light, and Robin does that. True, Jason Todd didn't really help, and was quickly disposed of, but Robin is essential, I think.

I'd have to go w/ Dick. Maybe it's just what i'm used to, or maybe it's the opposite to Batman thing everyone has been talking about. Nothing against Tim. I love that kid too!
