Who do you want to be the next moderator of Cartoon Cartoon Fridays? We need lots of help and lots of mods as a lot of changes are going on at CCF (more traffic, more boards, more FUN!). So put as many nominations as you want on this thread!

Well, I nominate Matt Wilson. He's been a great Adult Swim board mod, and would do just as well here.

i would like to be one, i come on here alot. im 26 years old and i would like to think that i am still alittle cool to do the job.
i know alot about cartoon orbit if thats what you need a moderator for. i dont know what else to say but that i would do a good job. :D

Matt Wilson should definately be the new mod here. He always seems to know what he's doing.

If not him you should pick me (as if you didn't see that coming ;)). I'm positive I would make great mod.

But seriously, I would like to nominate Matt Wilson. He seems like the a good choice because he seems knowledgeable (sp?) about Cartoon Cartoons and he provides us with good info on the status of CCF.

Other than Matt Wilson, I'll give my nomination to a regular member that contributes to alot of topics on this board, and adds a nice touch of friendly-ness to the board.

Since I'm not on this board alot, I can't give any personalized nominations, but I can tell you what I'll look for.

I was thinking of Matt Wilson becoming a mod here, but I forget he's an administrator for another board and that wouldn't be fair for a regular board member who may want to be mod for once. If Matt Wilson becomes mod, there should be another regular board member that should also become mod. It just seems more fair that way.

Even though I probably won't have any chance, I'd nominate myself, because I usually come to this board everyday and if I see a chance to help someone, I'd do it. Also, I've been here for a while and I know how most of these boards work and I try not to SPAM or make enemies.

I think I would make a very good moderater here at the Cartoon Cartoon board. I know the rules, have a good attitude, and I visit the Cartoon Cartoon board often. I'de do my very best to keep everyone in line and maintain a nice, friendly atmosphere. Another good reason to make me a mod is that I've been here at Toonzone for a while and know how everything works. Plus I am an overall friendly person, who does not have trouble get along with anyone. You would have no regrets chosing me because I'll be sure to do a excelent job.

You know, I feel like I'm writing a school paper or something. :D

Here's my advice to those people who want nominations for themselves: Being moderator is not all fun and games all the time. Don't get me wrong, it is fun and has a lot of rewards, however it requires a lot of attention; time, effort, etc. Before you submit yourself for nomination, honestly look at yourself and see if you are up for the task.

I woud have nominated her as well Joe, but we spoke privately and she said she could not commit to anything else. She would definitely make a good moderator, though! :)

He would be very good as a mod. he seems like a nice person and I think the qualitys of a mod should be nice and friendly to everyone.

i contribute alot too. but i guess this is in the family thing. :p

I think I would be a good moderator. I have experience with other boards, besides ToonZone, and I make rules to forums just as much as you'll see anywhere else (no flames, be nice to others, etc.), and I always try to "enforce" it in a friendly way as I can, without getting a fight started. And if there was a flame war that seemed to start, and I found out about it, I'd try to stop it without anyone getting mad at me or at anyone on the Board.

(Hypothetically) What wouldn't make me a "bad" moderator anyway?

I LOVE Cartoon Cartoons (most of my posts are here; with a bit of Toonami and Adult Swim here and there, but those aren't a "majority" of what I have than the Cartoon Cartoons' Board), and I know a lot about them (especially Ed, Edd n Eddy).
Just like what Spaz13_88 said, I always just myself before I post to see if I have grammar, punctuation/capitalization, and spelling the best as I can. - - - This is something I picked up doing constantly during the 8th grade (in case you might be wondering). But I'll still let a bit of casuality go through.
And if something does go wrong in the forum, I'll try to learn from it, and make it into something better; "learning from mistakes."
I always try to make a lot of friends in every Message Board I go in, and I also help promote any "newbies" come to the Board more.

I'm really experienced at Message Board, both being a member (to other forums) and a moderator (on my forums). If you people want to check out my new "Talk To An Ed" forum (http://talktoaned.suddenlaunch.com/index.cgi), you can go right ahead to see if I might be a good moderator or not.

I just thought of another reason; just wanted to say it (I hope it won't be affecting the votes for not being nominated; the following is just a funny thing). Since Eddy's the leader of the Eds, and I love Eddy, maybe I can be a "leader" (moderator) for the forum. Get it? ;) LOL! :D :D :D

Heres a little suggestion I thought up of. How about there be a few mods that will eclusivly work with the orbit board, just in case some of the ccf mods don't know that area very well.

I dunno you got a point, but when I looked at over 600 members I thought that he must be good at contorlling a large group of people. My biggest orbit club had 150 so I was kind of impressed.

I'm not a Moderator ,but I think the forums should get to know you a bit more before making you a moderator. I have nothing against you ,but just stay around a bit more and have a good time at the forums (what's the point if you're not having fun :) )

thats really someone i would want as mod. is someone that skips school. i dont go to school so where does that say that person is better then me at that job.

I asked mr_vegeta that because I was alarmed,(if he skipped school I would take back my nomination) and he said he doesnt skip school hes home schooled. So skipped school=home schooled.
