Jerry Beck suggests that we write to Warner Home Video and urge them to release a DVD.

Now, I'm going to mention an unique way to "test the waters" so to speak.
Anyone who has a local television station, that plays old cartoons, some of which are P-IC and PD, call that station, and tell them how much you love those cartoons. Tell them you wish they would keep playing them. (You listening, YPSmitGimmick?) If the print quality isn't that great, ask them how long they had the prints and from whom did they get them. Maybe they can get better prints.
Now, you keep a track of what they show, sort of like we do here for the CN cartoons, and even post the contents here, as a response to my post.
Write to other companies, like Viacom, and request restored copies of cartoons. If we get Viacom to test the waters a bit, maybe just maybe, WB will follow suit.
