I don't feel like posting up both links again, so I'll just point you to one. (http://pub26.ezboard.com/fcnxtoonamirevolutionfrm9.showMessage?topicID=4554.topic)
Needless to say, I'm still going to both movies opening day.

That SomethingAwful.com review is bullcrap.
That guy didn't see the movie. He never saw it, and never will see it. How do I know? He avoids all of the plot points of the story, does not reference specific scenes, and spends the whole time discussing how poorly the cast was chosen. Yes, a scene or two is mentioned, but that's only because Lucas and crew have already mentioned the scenes online before.
In short, don't believe it till ya see it.

That's pretty much what I was thinking Matt. Not only did he not mention specific scenes but he even made errors when trying to relate this film to the other Star Wars - makes you wonder if the person has ever watched any of the Star Wars films - not just Episode 2. Besides, it has to be a lie - they said Jar Jar had a good scene and I just don't think that's possible.

OMG, you're right....
I just read through it again and it does infact sound totally made up! Like some troller on a message board wrote it from bits and pieces hes see in trailers and news bites.
Good ferkin' observation, Matt.
I didn't even notice until I started reading his "Spoilers."

I do disagree with the Something Awful review, but I am a tad bit worried about Star Wars' future prospects.
Granted, if it doesn't stray too far from it's origin then I'm happy, but I heard something about N'Sync being on the soundtrack(?)
I could be wrong about that; I could have just heard it wrong. But IF N'Sync is there on the soundtrack, what is this implying? I surely hope that George Lucas isn't thinking that because of boy bands, the movie will appeal to a 'younger generation'.
If I'm wrong about N'Sync being in the soundtrack, then please tell me. I'll sleep easier. =/

As far as I know your wrong... now at least.
Me and the CNX-ers followed it all the way through, carrying torches and everything!
Last we heard, N'Sync was filmed, but thankfully cut from the final version.

They got cut because a lot of people started to whine about them being involved - even though I could care less about their music I think it's a shame to rip that opportunity out of their hands. After all it's not like they were going to get to speak - all they were going to do was stand there, in the background, as an extra.
Also, they won't be on a soundtrack - Star Wars only does scores - they have never released a soundtrack that I am aware of.

Oh, they were just going to be cast as extras in the backround?
That's not bad at all then. I just thought that there was going to be some songs in the soundtrack.
Again, these were only things that I've been hearing.
Thanks. =)

I heard N*Suck (yeah, I kno that's unoriginal, but it's the best name for them) were supposed to Jedi Knights because his daughter loves them. That would be unacceptable, even if they did have non-speaking parts.
The only way I'd be satisfied if they were left in the movie would be if they had one scene where they were just mangled corpses with Jango Fett calmly stepping over them.
The movie is still going to rock regardless. I still remember Time or Newsweek's editor who said that the only reason why anyone went to see TPM was to find out how young Ankakin turned to the dark side. Well gee, if Lucas had done that, wouldn't Ep II and III be a total waste of time? I don't care if that guy from Truth Media was joking or not, but he needs to learn how to shut the hell up.

Anakin and the Princess have no chemistry, which isn't surprising considering the great differences in their age. ... It's very hard to believe that the pair eventually spawns heroic Han Solo and lovely Princess Liea.

Yeah, seriously. That review also criticised ILM, saying Lucas should have gotten a better special effects team. Huh? That makes absolutely no sense.
