as for porkey bb broadcast that is mild compared to what i have seen on CN
now only if thay showed SFR UNCUT i'll be happy
billy joel there will be a lot of fans comming to the Q&A in aug fan
The Ducksters was a 1949/1950 cartoon directed by Chuck Jones in which Porky is a contestant on "Truth or AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" a radio quiz show hosted by a violent Daffy Duck. Whenever Porky answers a question wrong, he has to pay the penalty (all sort of nasty things happen to poor Porky, until the end). It's quite funny, but I don't think it's ever been on Toonheads.

"The Ducksters" could be considered as a spoof of the radio version of the game show "Truth or Consequences" once hosted by Ralph Edwards. That actual program would later be seen on television beginning in the 1950's, with Bob Barker as its emcee.
As long as I have been watching and monitoring "Toonheads", along with "The Tex Avery Show", for myself and Jon Cooke's web page, "The Ducksters" has not been featured yet on CN's themed anthology program. If it did, it would have been duly noted and included in the Episode Guide section.
I found out that there is town in New Mexico called "Truth or Consequences," renamed that in 1950 because Ralph Edwards requested it (and the town didn't object to the change). I was originally called "Hot Springs." (okay, so that's a piece of useless information)
By the way, why is it called "The Ducksters?"

Perhaps, a parody / pun of the movie title, The Hucksters (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0039477) (1947)?

You are probably confusing it with The Ducktators, which I associated the title with for about half a second when I first read it. The Ducktators features caricatures of Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini as ducks (with a title like that, what else did you expect, 3-toed sloths?)

Is THE DUCKTATORS a good cartoon? I saw clips from it on the Wartime Toons special and it looks funny. Also, can somebody please post the storyline of the cartoon?
Yes, "The Ducktators" is pretty good. It's sort of like WWII in six or seven minutes.
Mr. and Mrs. Duck (not to be associated with Daffy, though) are expecting a duckling, but when the black egg hatches, a little Sieg Heiling Hitler pops out. This Hitler duck tries to pursue an art career (like the real Hitler), but is stuck putting up swastika wallpaper. He decides wallpapering is not for him, so he starts making speeches to the other barnyard animals. The gullible geese decide to follow him, one of the geese happens to be a black Mussolini goose. The Hitler Duck and Mussolini goose gain support among some farm animals, and this worries the Dove of Peace (who acts sort of like a sissy).
Peace talks with the other farm animals just cause more fighting (the Hitler Duck shreds the Peace Treaty in a paper shredder). Then a Japanese Duck joins them. The Dove of Peace pleas with the three to live in peace, but they walk all over him. The Dove then gets really ticked off and starts to beat the three up. The other farm animals follow suit, and they defeat the axis powers. The Dove then mounts the three heads of the evil ducks/geese on his wall. The cartoon closes with a promotion for war bonds ("If you want this to come true, this all you have to do, buy war bonds for defence" (to sort of paraphrase...)
It sounds sort of serious the way I describe it, but it has some good comedy bits in it, one of my favorites is when the soldier geese are Sieg Heiling and a black goose with a Rochester voice goes "Sieg Heil boys, I'm from South Germany!"
