If Terry had to reveal his ID to someone, who should it be & why?

I think it should be Matt or Dana. Matt, because if he knew his older brother was Batman I think he would have trouble keeping it to himself, which would make an interesting episode, and Dana because that would be the true way to determine if their relationship is strong enough that she'd stick with him if he had to reveal his ID.

speaking of revealing secret identities, couldn't Inque just take off Batman's mask in Disappearing Inque? after she found out it was terry, she could have just spied on him and followed him around. she would soon see a connection between him and bruce wayne.

She has the right to know, si. But as I've said elsewhere, she may not have the emotional maturity to deal with it. The revelation would be the acid test of their love. However, From what I've seen of high-school girls (which is why I stopped fooling around with them after I left college--:o ), few of them have that level of perspective. If she goes into a screaming fit and pitches a hissy, saying things like, "You're going out at night risking your [expletive deleted] life knocking around [expletive deleted]ing [expletive deleted]heads like Blight and Shriek and Stalker? Are you out of your [expletive deleted] mind, Ter?!" I think he might think twice about being with a girl like that (especially if she's got that kind of mouth on her! ;) ) "Well," he might think, "if that's how you're going to be, then I won't even bother telling you about Melanie."

Let's see, Max knows, so why shouldn't the woman he loves know? It would solve a lot of problems. Then again it could add to them. I guess it depends on how long Dana can stand being stood up.

If Dana could pick a steady reaction to Terry's unexplained night life, and it became main stream, then I'm sure having her find out could prove for some cool storylines.

But my pick is Nelson Nash. Since these two guys can't stand each other, I think this could prove to be very interesting if done well.

In the cesspool (man I need to learn how to spell) of vile filth that passes for my mind, I've always thought that most costumed vigilantes kept their identities secret because they want to protect their families. Which would explain groups like X-Men (they consider themself a family) the Fantastic Four (who are family) and others who the public know about. I told you it was a thought. I'll probably dispute it later.

I just realized what the original post said. If Terry had to reveal it to someone else, my pick would be... well I don't have a pick right now. But to flip the script on convention, I'd say it would be cool if the writers wrote Nelson as the one that benefited from this. Terry already told his mother and brother and they laughed at him. So until he runs into the house wearing the suit, the secret is safe from them. I'm going off on a tangent again, aren't I. Man I need a new girlfriend. Not that there's anything wrong with the old one.
