Yes, I'm bringing back this old thread I came up with back at the old board. Here's a list of my faves:
"Kitty Kornered"-Just about any scene in this one. I love how Porky stutters so much, that they have to fade out real quickly to save time, and the stupid cat flushing himself down the drain shouting "Geronimo!" But my favorite was this:
Sylvester: "Are we men? Or are we mice?"
Kitten: "I like cheese!"
Sylvester smacks kitten saying: "SMACK!"
Sylvester: "AHA! I think I've got it!"
Kitten: "...the cheese?"
SMACK!
"The Loan Stranger"-Love Woody's lines, "I DON'T LIKE CHEESECAKE!!!" and "How about a loan on the clock, doc?"
"Fowl Weather"-After Granny's warning about protecting Tweety and then going back to singing, Hector giving Granny the crazy sign is very funny.
"His Mouse Friday"-The cannibal dialect is the funniest part of this cartoon.
"Rabbit's Kin"-The first time I saw this, I fell out of my seat laughing. This is probably (if not, one of) THE funniest cartoons of all time. "Helphelphelp!Saveme!Don'tlethimcatchme!Help!" "How many lumps do ya want?" "Oh three or four!" *SMACKSMACKSMACKSMACK*

Alot of those early Walter Lantz Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoons are pretty funny.
"Hell's Heels" is one of my favorites. The gags are just like the ones Tex Avery would use - after all Avery did work at Lantz during the time of this production. One of the funniest gags is when the sheriff tells Oswald "If you ever come back I'll..." and then he slides his finger under his neck as if he were silced off his head. The sheriff's head actually falls off. The sheriff puts his head on backwards. I think this gag is a real riot.:D

There are many, but....
"Often an Orphan":
Porky: "You ARE NOT a laborador retriever!"
Charlie Dog: "Well get me a laborador and I'll retrieve it for ya!'
-Porky gives the audience a "look".
Charlie: "Have ya got a laborador?"
Porky: "N-n-n-o."
Charlie: "Know where ya can GET a laborador?'
Porky:n-n-n-no...
Charlie: "Then shut up!"

Oh, yeah I forgot that one.
-Thad:D
In "Mississippi Hare" when that southern gentleman, who defended Bugs from Col. Shuffle, sees that the woman is a rabbit. That look on his face is a riot.
In "Back Alley Op-Roar" when the female cat is conked on the head and dances of the roof to the tune of the song she was singing.
This may seem a bit dumb, but in the beginning of "Sniffles Takes A Trip," a crow caws and Sniffles innocently says "A ROBIN!," and I just have to laugh at that every time I see it. I also find the piggy back rides Sniffles gives to his adopted bird in "Lost and Foundling" to be funny.
The Hymie scene in "Daffy Duck Slept Here"
The scene with the Goofy Gophers, I think from "Lumber Jerks," when one of the Gophers has wood shavings of his head and he sings "There was a little girl, who had a little curl, right in the middle of her FOR-head, and when she was good.." "Stop it! Stop it!" "Oh I'm terribly Sorry, I don't know what came over me"
And a lot of others...

Some lines or gags that made me laugh, off the top of my head:
Herr Meets Hare:
Goering, thinking Bugs is Hitler with his mud-moustache, kisses him and the moustache rubs off, he turns around, looks in the mirrror, and hails himself! Actually that whole scene is pretty much a riot.
Supressed Duck:
When Daffy shoots his gun across the line, and the bullet stops mid-air and falls down, it cracks me up for some reason.
Hare-Less Wolf:
I love this cartoon. Not specifically for the violence, not specifically for the forgetfulness of Charlie Wolf, but particularly for one line- "Eh, get offa that gun!"
quite a bit more.

The Rabbit of Seville- The flowers growing out of Elmer's head
Inki at the Circus- When Inki and the dog are on the tightrope and the rope starts bouncing to Fingal's cave
The Ducksters- The opening scene
Hare brained Hypnotist- Elmer standing behind Bugs and feeding him carrots
Gorilla My Dreams- Gruesome's "walk" with Bugs
Wabbit twouble- "That'll hold him alwight Heh Heh Heh Heh"
The Foghorn Leghorn- "What, I say, what's goin' on here! Don't just stand there with your beak open! Say somethin! Explain yourself! Your tongue's flappin but no noise is comin outta your big mouth!"
A Fractured Leghorn- "What, I say, what kept ya! I can't hold my breath forever, I need air! My lungs crave air!, Ya gotta think of things like that boy! gurgle gurgle gurgle, gurgle gurgle gurgle gurgle, a little consideration for me!"
Little boy Boo- "This is a boy?"
A Gruesome twosome- the nonchalant use of fire arms by the Durante cat
Uncle Tom's Cabana- "Then he tied me to them raliroad tracks and that train run over me, then he tied me to that saw mill and that saw done cut me in two!"
Jerry's Cousin- the opening scene, with the cats flying all over the place, is one of the best scenes in all of Tom and Jerry
I listed way too many. I don't want to hog up all the good ones.

Here's some of mine:
Bully For Bugs - The whole bull-slapping scene. Bugs' hat size adds to the humor...where do you get hats those big???
Russian Rhapsody - Hitler answers with a very Yiddish, "Who else?" Also, the gas ration card switching and the Stalin mask...
Scrap Happy Daffy - The jump dissolve between the horse's ass and Hitler's face...priceless!
Bacall To Arms - Lauren Bacall lights her ciggie...with a blow torch! (with a color flame!)
Great Piggy Bank Robbery - Daffy mowing down all the gangsters with a tommy gun. Wow.
Aladdin and his lamp (Popeye) - "Salami, Salami, Boloney..."
Popeye meets Sindbad - Wimpy following the animal with a meat grinder
Daffy Doodles - "She was an acrobat's daugter..."
Porky's Duck Hunt - Porky pointing the gun at his dog and the dog dives under a chair.

The one that always gets me, even though it is used very often:
During any frantic chase, one of the parties comes to a crossroad. They stop, look left, look right and the scene usually shows the road bare of traffic for miles in both directions. So they start across the intersection and WHAM!!! they
are knocked flat by traffic.
The anticipation is most of the fun, you know exactly ahead of time what is going to happen, but they usually stretch this whole scenario out to milk everything from it. Waiting for the climax is really fun!
Fred.

A Tale of Two Kitties - Pick any scene, but my favorite is: "If the Hayes office would let me, I'd give him the bird all right."
Fool Coverage - When Daffy tells Porky the conditions of the insurance policy, and when they all occur at the end.
Prize Pest - Daffy's "schizophraniac" speech.
Tom Turk and Daffy - When Daffy tries to be tight-lipped about the turkey's location while Porky, dejectedly, goes through the Thanksgiving dinner menu.
Daffy Doodles - When Daffy paints a mustache in mid-air and Porky runs right into it.
(Edit:) Drip-Along Daffy - The final scene. (Curse CN for cutting it.)

Some things from cartoons that have made me laugh out loud:
"Jerky Turkey" - the scene where the Durante turkey is being chased by the milquetoast pilgrim who is now firing at the turkey with his musket. The turkey briefly stops, turns around to face the pilgrim still firing, and repels all the bullets being fired by wearing a Superman outfit! Seconds later, the Superman outfit magically disappears and the turkey is again running for his life! Ah, the wonders of cartoons.
"Two Gophers From Texas" - the dog sustains a tremendous fall from a cliff, arises, dusts himself off, and says, "Obviously, they did not reckon on me great inner strength". Moments later, the dog collapses while striking one of the wackiest poses I have ever seen a cartoon character make.
"The Mad Hatter" - for this scene, it's character nuance and facial expression that makes it work. Woody has lost the film contract he was promised because of his not wearing a top hat. He throws the hat away (it being nothing but trouble) but it boomerangs back to him and knocks him over. Suddenly, the literal "girl of his dreams" appears (he dreamed of romancing her at the cartoon's beginning) and Woody, wanting to take his frustration out on *someone*, climbs into his own thought balloon, confronts the lady, sneers at her, and jams the top hat onto her head! Ha-ha-ha-HA-ha!
A lot of "No Hunting" and "Father's Day Off" (yes, I know they're both Disney cartoons) makes me laugh. From the former, Donald briefly transforming into a roaring lion once the hunting spirit takes over his body, the hunter's "natural instinct" blazing a trail (of garbage, that is), the vast array of bullets that fire the moment the sun rises (the sun itself is riddled with holes), and the Grandpappy character briefly getting a tree branch on his head and then being romanced by a moose. From the latter, the running gag about Goofy being kissed by all those deliverymen who mistake him for his wife, the low-key salesman who Goofy tries to deal with while taking care of a baby and worrying about "something burning" upstais, and finally the cartoon's finale when Goofy's house is besieged by ax-toting firemen, news reporters, and policemen.

Hillbilly Hare must be one of the funniest WB cartoons in my opinion. I sometimes laugh during the square dance routine (at any part). I found the name "Pumpkinhead Martin" very funny, so I use it to tease Andrew Martin on my school bus.
Daffy Duck letting go of the captured Speedy Gonzales in "Feather Finger" is another funny scene.

Another one I thought of:
"Hamateur Night"
When Tex's laughing hippo sits down on the seat in front of the dog who has his feet up on that seat. The seat squishes his feet and they bend. The dog pulls his bent feet out, point at them, and cries, "Look at my feet, they're all crooked and everything!" Then he walks out, as only a dog with bent, crooked feet can, on the tips of his toes.
The way he says that line though is what cracks me up.

That's interesting. Almost the same joke occurs in the 1943 Woody Woodpecker cartoon, "The Screwball". Woody has made it into a ball park (after dodging the guard, natch) and happily sits down in one of the stand's seat. The man sitting in the seat behind him has his feet underneath Woody's seat so when Woody sits, the seat crushes the man's feet. The man sits up with a jolt and yells at Woody, "Get your seat off my feet!" Woody obliges and when the man looks at his feet, they're now...yes... crooked and bent just like in "Hamateur Night".
The scene doesn't end with the man walking off on his toe tips. We just see him examining his pain-ridden bent tootsies.
I've always liked the shooting gallery sequence in HIS BITTER HALF. A great gag, and Freleng's timing is just impeccable. It doesn't get much better than this.

Hare-Um Scare-Um: The ending where the hunter says he can beat up the rabbit and his whole family. One of the many times in which cartoons teach us to be careful with what we say out loud.
The Ducksters: An audience member says to Porky who wants to continue the games, "You'll be sorry!" And Daffy takes a gun and blasts the audience member.
My Bunny Lies Over the Sea: McCory says, "55!" Bugs does an auction asking, "Do I hear 15? Do I hear 10? Do I hear 5? Do I hear 2?" McCory says, "Make it one! That's my final offer!" Bugs: "One it is!"
Daffy the Commando: The vulture guy answering the telephone and says, "Schultz, I want you to... oh, is that you Myrt?"
A Feud There Was: The ending just SO funny! Makes me wonder if that prize fighter school from Count Me Out is what made Egghead be able beat 30 muscular guys in 3 seconds!
Hare Do: Bugs: "You gotta get up pretty early in the morning to outsmart this rabbit!" Elmer: "I got up at a quarter to 5."
Believe It Or Else: The Wishing Well scene is just abot the funniest part of the whole cartoon! "Ohh, wishing well! I wish I had a million dollars!" The well's response is, "Sooooo, do III..."
The Big Snooze: Bugs: "Quick! Run THIS way!"
Birdy & The Beast: Tweety: He got it, and he can have it!" BOOOM!!!

What makes break out laughing out loud is theTHE TURN TAIL WOLF...My favorite scene is where the three little pigs play a game with the wolf called, "SWAT THE FLY" when the pigs has huge flywaters, and start bashing the living daylights while shouting, "Swat The Fly, Swat The Fly" to the wolf.
PURE LT COMEDY!!!!!:)

"Wabbit Twouble": "Mowning alweady! How time fwies!"
"Lucky Ducky": The duck conga line gets me laughing every time.
"Jack-Wabbit and the Beanstalk": "Duh . . . he can't outsmart me 'cause I'm a moron."
"Little Red Riding Rabbit": The Freleng door gag, and "Put on your old gray bonnet . . . "
"A Hare Grows in Manhattan": "Dogpile on the rabbit! Dogpile on the rabbit!"
"The Bee-Deviled Bruin": This one will probably make my list of the five funniest cartoons of all time. The scene in which Papa Bear tries to lull the bee on his nose to sleep is priceless.
"Bugs Bunny Rides Again": "I dare you to step over this line. . . . Now this one! This one! . . ."

Some of my picks:
"The Old Gray Hare": "Time for wittle babies to take afternoon naps!" "Ok, nap over!"
"Boobs in the Woods": "Hey there, sonny! I'm the old man of the mountains...
and I don't want them painted!"
"Little Runaway": This scene gets me every time. It is the scene where Jerry makes Tom's fish do a little dance. The music, the look on Tom's face, and the fact Jerry makes the fish come back for an encore is priceless.
"Mouse Into Space": Probably the only scene in a Gene Dietch T&J to make me laugh out loud. The scene where Tom tries to convince Jerry not to leave by, among other things, pointing a gun to his own head and urging Jerry to pull the trigger!
... there are plenty more, but those are 4 that come to mind right now. :)

In "How the Grinch Stole Christmas", the Grinch whistles for Max the dog, who jumps in the sleigh, thinking that he's going to ride in it. The look on the Grinch's face is not only priceless, but it is also pure Chuck Jones.

Then, how come in Count me Out, Egghead has a difficult time taking down a bulldog, when in A Fued There Was he has no trouble beating up 30 guys in 3 seconds? IT JUST DON'T MAKE SENSE!

RABBIT HOOD - The scene where Bugs gets the Sheriff to build a house on the King's garden. The slow realization is priceless! .........TO DUCK OR NOT TO DUCK - "You know, there's something awfully screwy about this fight, or my name isn't Laramor..... and it isn't!" Again, the facial expression on a Chuck Jones character just puts it over the top!......RABBIT SEASONING - DAFFY:"OH no. Not this time. Wait till you get home!" The nyah part has me in stiches(which, it turns out, Daffy is in too! :D )

I forgot "Boobs in the Woods". I fell out of my chair the first time I watched that one. :p Some more are:
"The Legend of Rockabye Point": The way the polar bear sings "Rock-A-Bye Baby" super fast is priceless.
"The Unruly Hare":
Bugs: "Only a big, fat rat would shoot a guy in the back!"
Elmer blasts him in the back.
Elmer: "So I'm a big fat wat!"
Bugs (ala Jerry Colona): "AH! HAVE SOME CHEESE RRRRAT!" (shoves huge chunk of cheese in Elmer's mouth)
"Old Rocking Chair Tom"
"Thomas! If youse is a mouse catcher, I is Lana Turna'! Which I ain't"
"Symphony Hour": The look on Mickey's face when he's shoving a gun in Donald's face is hilarious!
"A Tale of Two Kitties":
Babbit: "Give me the BIRD! GIVE ME THE BIRD!
Catstello: "If the Hays Office would only let me, I'd GIVE HIM THE BOID alright!"
"Muscle Beach Tom": When Tom has finished digging a hole, he waits for Butch to fall into it. After waiting five seconds, he quickly shoves Butch in himself!
"Pantry Panic": *Cute Kitten Meows* (Horrible Evil Voice) "I'm the hungry little kitty cat you just read about" *Cute Kitten Meows*
More later...

From "Daffy Duck Slept Here":
Porky: "Buenos noches."
(Light goes out and they go to sleep. Daffy turns the light on and hits Porky with the alarm clock.)
Daffy: "What's 'bonas nachas'?"
Porky: "Oh, that's Spanish for 'Bon soir'."
Daffy: "Oh."
(Lights out again and sleeping. Same rude awakening.)
Daffy: "Um, what's 'bone sewer'?"
Porky: "Oh, that's French for 'buenos noches'."
Daffy: "Oh."

D'oh! How could I forget my all time favorite Gene Deitch T&J, "Mouse Into Space." I always found the scene when Tom blasts off like a rocket real funny. I also find that Gene Deitch Krazy Kat short, "Malicious Mousechief" really funny. It's like a Dragnet spoof. The funniest gag is when Officer Pup says "Finally, all the pieces were fitting together, but, duty called - I just had to finish my jijsaw puzzle some other time!"

--is the Tom and Jerry short (the title escapes me) with Jerry's country singer uncle who sings "Froggie Went A'Courtin' " and repeatedly stutters at the end of each verse (on the nonsense word "crambo"). "There's a yodel in'nere som'mere," he asides at one point, "but it''s a little too high fer me." The funniest bit is when his guitar strings snap and he goes to pull out one of Tom's whiskers as a replacement. Tom is soon conditioned to fear the pwaaanng! a broken string makes!

My favorite scenes:
"Whoa, Be Gone!" - when the Coyote tries to skate down a tightwire with this wheel on his helmet and the wire just goes snap as the soundtrack plays a drum roll. Cracks me up every time!
"Pop-Pie A La Mode" - when the natives keep feeding Popeye assorted varieties of potatoes to fatten him up. They just keep grabbing his nose and pour it down his throat. I've heard of using too much starch, but that was ridiculous!
"Hillbilly Hare" - the entire square dance sequence! I never get tired of it! Tedd Pierce did a great job on this one!
"Three Little Woodpeckers" - when the wolf tries to bash Woody's door down with a huge log while riding a bicycle. The log goes thru the door, the wolf crashes into the door and the log continues to go thru, the bumps on the log smashing into his rear end at lightning speed! One of Sid Marcus's best Woody cartoons!

"Kiss Me Cat"- Marc Anthony coaching Pussyfoot to catch mice, drawing on a blackboard, "Cats HATE mice!!!" with a speech-balloon of the mouse saying "have mercy!" cracks me up almost every time.
"The Ducktators"- there are quite a few good moments in this'un. "Sieg heil, boy! Ah'm from SOUTH Germany!", the Mussolini duck's speech, "Tutti-frutti! Tutti-frutti an' all kin's a WHIPS-A CREAM AN' A WAL-A-NUTS-A!!", and the entrance of the Japanese duck ("I am Chinese". "Yeah. and I'm mock-turtle soup!") is probably one of the silliest-funniest 30 seconds ever put on film. (And it's good, too.)

After lurking for over two years now, this topic caught my eye and I finally joined up.
"Russian Rhapsody"--every single thing in this cartoon is funny to me... the pace is just wonderful. I always laugh at that one short scene during the song, where all of the gremlins are destroying Hitler's plane with a strange sort of harmony...and then right before it ends they all collectively speed up, never missing a beat.
Hubie and Bertie's flippant conversation just before performing surgery on a terrified Claude Cat in "The Hypo-Chondri-Cat".
"Three Little Pups": "Meow. Meow? Meow?"---And then his head comes sliding up from behind the fence---"MEOW, man!!"
Also, the same character in "Billy Boy", just after he's set Billy Boy feasting on a railroad tie: "Don't ferget ta write---HEAH? HEAH?HEAH? HEAH?"
And then they just cross dissolve, LEAVING him there! I always picture him stuck on that one word 'til daybreak...the look on his face is one of the most intense in the whole picture.
Finally, which Woody Woodpecker cartoon is it where a cat fantasizes about the fortune he stands to inherit, with a giant thought balloon overhead?
"ONE..HUNDRED..THOUSAND..DOLLARS....
Mansion....WOMEN....Yacht.....WOMEN..."

Knothead...
The Woody Woodpecker cartoon you're referring to ("Mansions"... "WOMEN"... "Motorcars"... "WOMEN") is "Woody Dines Out" (1945), directed by James Culhane. Incidentally, that's Hans Conried doing the voice of the cat (a man who would achieve greater fame for doing Snidley Whiplash's voice).
Also, Thad mentioned the cartoon "Mouse Cleaning" in this thread. Here's another great scene from that same great cartoon...
Tom is trying to tidy up a wall he was inadvertantly thrown a tomato at with a scrub bucket and rag. Jerry adds ink from a fountain pen into the scrub water which Tom doesn't know about... and continues to scrub the wall "clean" even though he's getting all kinds of ink on it in the process. At this point, he wises up and, afraid if what he believes is actually true, covers his eyes with his hand, slowly turns his head toward the ink-covered wall, removes his hand, looks at the wall.... and then his eyes bulge and his jaw literally drops to the floor! LOL!

Some of my favorites:
Bugsy and Mugsy - After Bugs puts a stick of dynamite in Rocky's mouth and calls Mugsy over to "give him a light" - Mugsy: "Gee boss, I'm glad you're not mad at me no more. (explosion) "Aw, now you're mad at me again."
Bugs Bunny and the Three Bears - Junior's supposed to say his porridge (carrot soup) is too hot, but after slurping a spoonful, he burps, and says, "Somebody's been sleeping in my bed." This cartoon is one of my favorite Bugs cartoons.
The Stupor Salesman - Daffy pours polish over Slug McSlug's gun, and it quickly melts. "Ah, there's good news tonight!"
The Hep Cat -- The black cat runs his hand down the back of the white cat puppet -- "Ah, something new has been added!"
I'll probably think of more later.

"Weeks later Woody comes face to face with Starvation"
Starvation is a ghost or spirit which represents that Woody is dying of hunger.

In " Bear Feat " the part when Junyer is eating crackers then drink the bucket of water that Henry (Papa Bear) is supposed to dive into is hysterical.

Any scene with a caricature of Lew Lehr is funny. Also any scene with his catchphase (So-so is the cwasiest peoples) It's the funniest at the end of Russian Rhapsody.
I just got reminded of a sequence I really love from Beep Beep:
The Coyote puts on some rocket powered rollerskates and flies off after the Road Runner. The bird then turns a corner, but the Coyote flies straight ahead off the cliff and over the desert. His butt scrapes the tops of rocks on the way. He then rolls up a canyon wall, flies into the air and smacks back down on his back. When he tries to sit up, he puts his feet back onto the ground and off he goes again. The skates then make him do a loop-dee-loop on a rock formation, sending him high above the canyons. The skates poop out in mid air and the coyote falls back to earth praying and holding a funeral wreath. He then SLAMS into the ground, gets up (trembling and looking really awful) and reaches for a nearby glass of water, not remembering it's rigged with explosives. When he picks up the glass, he remembers the trap, his pupils shrink, and he explodes!
Probably the most fast-action filled segment in a Road Runner cartoon.

When you say Junyer (which makes no sense), do you mean Junior Bear?
Junyer is considered Junior bear's name by some. I call him junyer too.

Catstello (as Rochester): "Hullo, Mistah Benny? I'm stuck up here in Harlem at my Grandmother's house! (to Granny) Roll 'em out Granny, yo' fizz..."

The scene in No Parking Hare. The construction worker is trying to saw Bugs' hole apart with a saw. Bugs puts up a detour sign, which diverts the saw blade toward Bugs' electric meter.
The construction worker therefore gets electrocuted and while he's getting zapped, he reenacts several scenes.

I have three of my own...
1) War And Pieces (1963)--the final gag, with Wile E. using a rocket to catch the Road Runner at the top of a cliff, but the rocket U-turns into the ground, Wile E. ends up going through the core of the earth, straight to China, where he is met by a Chinese Road Runner and runs straight into a gong!!
2) Jerky Turkey (1945)--the gag that is now edited where one pilgrim asks another, "Who You?" and the response was, "Me Half-breed!" He then holds the sign up saying "Heap Corny Gag!" Why did CN destroy that scene?
3) Magical Maestro (1951)--basically, the whole cartoon, including the two scenes that are now cut (involving Chinese and Afr.-Am. singers).

Who's Cookin' Who- In addition to the scene where Woody reads the "New Ways To Cook A Wolf", the wolf turns around and reads a book titled "New Ways To Cook Red Riding Hood"..... Hilarious!!!
Cat-Tails For Two- George attempts to clobber Benny after taking the receiving end of his clumsy strength. "Why did you hit yourself on the head for, George?"
"I like it, I like it..." This scene puts me in tears!!
Chew-Chew Baby (Lantz)- When Woody gets to the door dressed as Clemetine, a thought bubble appears over Wally's head depicting he and Clementine in a wedding situation. After this, a thought bubble appears over Woody's head illustrating a literal depiction of a big tub of lard.
Nigara Fools- after the third time the ranger goes over the falls, and the people on the side cheer... Yayyyyayyyy!!, he shouts at them.... ""AWWWW SHUT UP!!"
Fractured Leghorn- In addition to the scene where Foggy continues blathering underwater (Geez, sniff....that's funny!!), there's the final closure where he's still blabbing and the cat finally utters his only line of dialogue... "AAAAAAAWW SHUT UP!!" and whacks him on the head. Totally worth waiting for!
Kitty Kornered- I don't know why I find this so funny, but when Sylvester rams into the wall, then makes that weird face and jumps out of the way, Porky slams into the wall directly after him. It's almost as if they were just both so caught up in running so fast they couldn't bother to even pay attention to where they were going......!
Push Button Kitty- Even though this is one of my all-time favourite Tom and Jerry cartoons, my most laughable scene occurs at the end when Mechano is going berserk: to think that a common mouse-catching device would be equipped with spinning knives, buzz-saws, axes, etc. When he shoots at the plates, he hits every one (but misses the toy mouse); he saws the grand piano in half right down the middle, destroying it (not like it would have just taken out one of the legs or hacked a piece off the side....!); he sticks a bundle of dynamite into the wall (who in their right mind would design a product like this!?!)

Porky's Party
one fantastic cartoon I never tire of watching this one.
"He's so, so, so, so, so, so, so. He's so silly"
at this point the little silk worm is makeing all kinds of silk garments for porky
then porky throws the silk worm and lands into dish of ice cream that the penguin is eating.
penguins head turns into a top hat.
penguin at the end soooooo (as he's got his fist raised)
the silk worm takes over and spins him into a mummy.

We, the Animals, Squeak - The head rat is going over his plan with his gang (speaking in some kind of Pootie Tang-like language) when one of the rats shouts "That's murder!" Then, to the tune of "Shave and a Haircut, Two Bits", the other rats cover his mouth.
Curtain Razor - A turtle proclaims himself to be the "man of a thousand voices" and Porky lets him do his act. At the end, he is quite tired; doing all those voices will take it out of you. Porky pointts out that there were only 999 voices. The turtle walks out, saying, "I know I've got another one. Oh, well, I'll think of it." (Am I the only one who thinks that he could have used his regular voice to fill the quota? Just curious, does anyone know if Mel Blanc used his regular voice for the turtle's regular voice?)

Nope, you're not the only one, I always thought that was the joke.

Some tremendous responses in this thread! I'll put this in (if in case I did miss reading this one):
From Rabbit Seasoning (1951):
Bugs: Would you like to shoot me now or wait 'till you get home?
Daffy: SHOOT HIM NOW! SHOOT HIM NOW!
Bugs: You keep out of this! He does not have to shoot you now!
(and just let your imagination run wild about how this scene can end, since there are at least three different versions)
[ My funniest scenes are as follows.
l Willey chasing the road runner with a refridgerator on his back making ice while he is skiing across a large valley, of course his ice runs out three feet before getting the other side
2. Grandma hitting Sylvester on his broken foot and filling him up with caster oil while sitting in the hospital. Thanks for the opportunity for listing these, among many old toon guy:D

Some others:
"Stop! Look! and Hasten":
Wile e. Digs a Burmese Tiger Trap for the Road
Runner, and catches a "Burmese Tiger" (with latin name "Surprisibus-Surprisibus!")
"Porky's Pastry Pirates"
The ending gets me every time. Porky mistakes the bee for the fly, and the bee keeps saying "Stop! I'm not the fly, I'm the bee! Ow!Hey! cut it out! I have a stinger! see! look! I have a stinger! ooh! ow!"....and Porky keeps swatting the living daylights out of him anyway!
"I Taw a Puddy Tat"
In the uncut version of this cartoon, (which I haven't seen in years) Sylvester impersonates a Swedish maid, but he finds a stick of dynamite in Tweety's cage, and it blows him up, blackening his face and causing him to say, in blackface voice: "Well, I'm a goin' back to de kitchen...I smell sumthin' burnin'!"

Actually, it is "I Taw a Putty Tat".
I never knew Sylvester/Tweety cartoons could be as stereotypical as MGM Tom/Jerry cartoons:o. (outside of Tom Tom Tomcat)

[B]A Tale of Two Kitties - Pick any scene, but my favorite is: "If the Hayes office would let me, I'd give him the bird all right."
( In an Animaniacs episode where Wacco is playing a detective looking for the great bird which is supposed to be a take off on the Maltese Falcon, it is really the exact same word useage, Waccon says, I would give him the bird, but this is a family show. It is my believe, that that whole episode was made just to set up that situation to use those lines to pay homage to that moment in "A tale of Two Kittens." old toon guy
Today in Turkey Jerky on Animaniacs, the pilgrim asks for the bird. He gets a reply of: We'd like to, but the Fox censors won't let us. That's the first time I ever noticed the gag in that cartoon, but it didn't seem as funny as when it was used in "A tale of Two Kitties." It's still a favorite Animaniacs cartoon of mine, though.
