*Spoiler* Favorite ROTJ Part

For all those peeps who hate spoilers, you've been warned! Stay far far away from this post. Ok? You've been warned. So, for all those other people, let's get started.



My personal faovite part is very short and sweet. It doesn't even involve any action. It's the part where Terry is eating breakfast and Matt comes in and says that there's a stranger in the house. Then, when Mary leaves the roon, Terry flicks a cornflake (or whatever he was eating) off of Matt's nose. I can't help it, I thought it was really cute and really funny. The other favorite part I have is when Ace takes out woof in one of the final confrontations with Mr. J. So, enough from me, what's your favorite part?

lets see.....the Laser Beam scene (either version..), I love it when Ace woofs and Terrys' like "Yeah..I know!".hehe..it's cute..I love dogs.. :)

Then, of course, the flashback scene, but I also like the "character building" scenes, like the Matt/Terry/Mary scene.

Ah..I love Return of the Joker...

I think the best scene is also the creepiest. The scene where we see OUR FAMILY MEMORIES. The music and the animation in that scene is so perfect. Sent chills down my spine.

This movie is full of many wonderful moments...the Dee Dees were fun, the reappearance of Grandmother Harley, Terry using Ace, the "happy home" of Joker and Harley, the shot when Terry finds the Batcave had been desectrated by the Joker and that whole sequence was just....chilling. Oh, so many! Can I just pick the ENITRE MOVIE?

My favorite part in the movie would have to be the whole movie. Return of the Joker is such a great movie that there really isn't any boring moments in it. :D

gotta be the flashback. by far my favorite part. when it first came out, i was recovering from surgery so i watched this one scene over and over. i've practically memorized that part of the movie now. i should be getting an uncut version soon, so i can't wait to see it...

That is my favorite part of the whole movie. It's the best part to laugh and be happy that Terry can get help from Ace.

i'd agree with dg, the our family memories is the best part of the film. its a shame they took most of it out on the edited version. im just luck enough i got to see it the way it was meant to be seen, not buchered up. you dont get a chance to see how twisted the joker truly is in the show. but this is a great example of it of his lunicy and how just plain evil he is when he wants to be.

The very first shot of Tim Drake as Joker Junior. You see his legs and body in shadow. Then the smile appears. He jumps down from the operation table hunched over. And he begins to laugh as he stands up......

So creepy and well done. Especially with the old tingy music box sound playing.

Mine's got you all beat, although everyone picked some great parts! My pick is not only my favorite, but it is clearly the best Batman moment in history:

The end scene with Terry, The Joker, and Ace. Terry showing us a little more evidence that he is worthy of being Batman, and helping Bruce heal one of his BIGGEST old wounds.

Bruce would never say it out loud, so I will: "Thanks Terry."

I just bought and saw ROTJ for the first time on Friday and man was I blown away the movie was awsome I would have to say my favriote part was when he was trapped by all those lasers and the final battle with the joker I also loved the flashback seen.
I can't wait to seen Uncut

Both of the final Joker scenes. The flashback and at the end when Terry defeats him. I also like at the very end how Terry is standing high above the city, dawns the cowl and flies away w/ a new ambition to be Batman.

When Joker first encounter's Bruce at the ceremony and hints he knows who he is. My jaw dropped. That was sooo cool.

Then when Mr J strolls into the Batcave. Mindblowing!!!!

When Terry's riding his motorcycle and trying to call Bruce. Then he realizes somethings wrong and kicks it into high gear.

Yeah, seeing Joker cut through the gas like a shark was chilling. But the scene that really sent chills through me was Drake's transformation into the Joker. Everytime I see that scene, I feel it too. Incredible.

I just saw the uncut version today and i was blown away. WHAT AN AWESOME CUT!!! it'd be a shame if they never fully release this movie to the public. A little more brutal in the fight scenes and the "Family Memories" are chilling, but i thought it was the better version of the two... especially the flashback...

I suppose the Batcave is our sancutary. Seeing a villian infiltrate is like someone breaking into our homes.... and when it's THE arch nemesis..... it is the biggest shock of our tiny lives!! LOL!!

My favorite part is right after Tim shoots Joker, he starts laughing maniacally and then breaks down. Then Batgirl bursts into the room and sees Tim and goes over to comfort him. I thought that scene was incredibly moving.

I'd have to say my favorite ROTJ scene was when Terry got to the Batcave and saw the graffitti'd "Ha! Ha!"s written everywhere, and tore down the stairs. When he turned Bruce's chair around and saw that maniacal grin on Bruce's face, I swear, I jumped.

The whole movie rocked, but I saw the butchered version. Anywhere I could get the uncut version on VHS?

My personal favorite scene (besides the awesome flashback) is the moment on the Wayne yacht. It is a scene crafted to eliminate the prissy and ballsy (using a company yacht for personal use) Jordan Pryce as a possible Joker-suspect even though most of us knew he wasn't (due to much prior research). We also witness Batman mentally putting the pieces together when he overhears Pryce and the Joker gang talking about the incident at Wayne's comeback ceremony (I still get chills everytime I see Bat's eyes dilated as he listens). Also, I love the fact that the Jokerz interrupt Pryce's booty call to, basically, kill him, then Joker's line "Then amscray pronto, kiddies, things are going to start popping".
