Why is Buddy not shown on CN? There's nothing objectionable about him.

The answer is simple: Cartoon Network does not have copies of the Bosko and Buddy cartoons. WB never gave them to CN.

Now that LNB&W is gone, it would be pointless for Cartoon Network to get copies of them.

Maybe, but how would they be themed? Toonheads without specific topics wouldn't be as good.
