The first place I always go to is Batman, Superman & Beyond. I also visit Justice League, Cafe Toon Zone and AniTainment. I usually only visit Comics for the sketch of the week, vote Penguin but sometimes I look around there too.

That's the Cartoon Cartoon main audience, but it's okay as long as they make intellegent posts.
