Toon Zone recently heard from an anonymous source regarding the much-delayed "Injustice for All" episode of Justice League.

While avoiding major spoilers (and giving no information about why the episode has been delayed), the source did provide some descriptions of the "Injustice Gang":

Lex Luthor
"Still voiced by Clancy Brown, this is undoubtedly the same Lex from TNBSA. In fact, when we encounter him at the top of part 1, he’s once again dressed in the familiar black suit, gray vest, white shirt/tie "power" combo – the only noticeable design differences are additional lines and contours added to his face, and a slight softening of his brow and nose. But events quickly shift, and Luthor soon finds several changes of station (and attire) in store. This is actually one of the neater nostalgic touches of "Injustice For All" – at various points during the story, Luthor’s costume evokes different eras in the Superman myth. The bulk of his screen time is spent in a purple and green uniform that directly quotes the character’s old Challenge of the Super-Friends look. We even see the arch-villain in his golden-age gray jumpsuit, as well as his super-charged eighties armor."

Solomon Grundy
"One of the coolest things about Grundy is his voice. He speaks in a low, plodding rumble … very gruff. Rejoice in the fact that this version doesn’t have a bad southern accent like the character did in Challenge of the Super Friends. He’s also more childlike, but still malicious. And he’s not quite as mindless as folks like Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale have recently rendered him. This Grundy can carry on a conversation, seems to be pretty perceptive, and even has a juvenile little sense of humor. He is, of course, invulnerable, extremely strong, and BIG."

Star Sapphire
"A sleek, high-fashion look for Star Sapphire – pays homage to what was cool about Gil Kane’s original costume design for the character in the silver-age Green Lantern comics, while losing the more dated "airline stewardess" elements. The shock-pink and lavender color scheme is in place, though reconfigured for a sexier "today" look – tall, shiny pink boots and gloves. The mask too, has been retooled. Aloof and superior, Star Sapphire probably has fewer lines than any of the other Injustice Gangers. She seems to possess energy powers identical to those of Green Lantern (except her energy is fuschia, not green), channeled through a jewel worn on the forehead of her mask. As a result, she kicks some major ass."

The Cheetah
Very interesting character. Other than Luthor, she’s the only Injustice Ganger into whose past we get to peer, albeit briefly. Half-woman, half-beast, her powers are what you’d expect. She’s incredibly fast, she’s agile, she’s strong … she scratches things and people. Though it appears that her heart isn’t completely in her new job as a criminal (apparently she used to be a scientist), and she harbors a bit of insecurity about her feral condition."

The Ultra-Humanite
"Cultured and erudite, the Ultra-Humanite brings some class to the Injustice Gang, and his serene personality balances out Luthor’s mania. He doesn’t seem to have any special powers, other than his strength and his scientific genius – this latter trait, however, comes to the forefront in part 2. He appears to be Lex’s second-in-command, and is the first member of the Gang recruited. We don’t know much about his origin, though is reputation appears to precede him … both the League and the other villains know who he is."

The Shade
"Though his addition to the Injustice Gang first appears at first to be an afterthought, the Shade emerges as one of the team’s most powerful members during their first wrangle with the Justice League. His energy-dampening powers seem almost limitless, slithering from the tip of his "Night Stick" like sentient ink, though his glasses afford him sight. Not only can he plunge opponents into total darkness, his fields cling to his victims, suffocating and blinding them. His voice is gravelly and uncouth, standing in contrast to the dapper form he cuts, and he’s sort of cranky and disagreeable. But very cool."

Copperhead
"Though the character has historically been written in the comics to be psychotic and cold-blooded, this Copperhead is more of a surly thug than an inhuman fiend. He can scale walls, and is agile and strong. His tail is prehensile, and the fangs in his helmet are venomous. He also has an icky reptilian tongue that flickers salaciously when he speaks, which is usually taunting."

The source also comments on the episode’s quality: "I found 'Injustice for All' to be good, though the animation doesn’t have quite the high-polish of "Paradise Lost." Because of the sheer number of characters (the whole League, plus all 8 members of the Injustice Gang), the episode is busy, and moves quickly from moment to moment. The fight scenes are grand melees, but pretty easy to follow, and very action-packed.

"Bruce Timm has already publicly commented on a 'camp' element in the script, and it’s definitely present, so the story has a flavor we haven’t really encountered before in JL. Without giving away too much, the plot revolves heavily around why a team like the Injustice Gang is destined to fall apart before it gets off the ground. It’s hard to conquer the world when each member’s ego is too big to get even the simplest tasks done."
