Chad Love Lieberman is accused of illegally selling "stolen" art on various websites. The websites Art4Love and MarkTheSpot .com are currently down but people online are doing everything they can to expose the site and get this man sued for the damage he has done to all hardworking artists.

Perhaps it's better to wait for more main stream sources to confirm this but seeing as the guy is related to a politician.....well here are a few blog articles that access the situation in the most formal manner. (Warning: some language)
