I am looking for the graphics for the comic classic presentation of this engineering marvel from poorly written specificaitons. Does anyone know who the author is or how I can find this?

Characatures are used to describe poor specifications of a design for a swing in a tree. One picture shows the rope for the swing hanging from the tree but the second rope is laying on the ground. It is a classic presentation.
