Bugs Bunny on Boomerang (04-06-2002)

On Saturday, April 6 at 8:00am and perhaps later at 4:00pm, and Sunday, April 7 at 12:00midnight (all times Eastern), Boomerang played four back-to-back Bugs Bunny cartoons as part of the channel's "A Week of Saturdays" on that day remembering the year 1963 (as the cable network claimed). However, the four films that were played are all pre-1948 titles and as "dubbed versions", but here is the list:

"Little Red Riding Rabbit" (1944, Freleng)
"Easter Yeggs" (1947, McKimson)
"Wackiki Wabbit" (1943, Jones)
"Bugs Bunny Rides Again" (1948, Freleng)

Boomerang is seen here in New York City on Time Warner Cable's channel 109 on its DTV digital tier platform.

That 1963 was probably a reference year to a television show that showed classic cartoons.
