According to this (http://www.latimes.com/business/la-000023995apr04.story) report from Los Angeles Times, Miramax Films, which is owned by Walt Disney Co., has acquired the theatrical, home-video and television distribution rights the next two "Pokemon" sequels. The next "Pokemon" film will be distributed in theaters in October. The first three "Pokemon" films were distributed by Warner Bros. and grossed over $146.4 million in America.
Originally, Toon Zone News had reported that 4Kids Entertainment had planned to air these new "Pokemon" sequels on their Fox television block, however, it appears that this has changed and that these films will be in theaters first before airing on television.
