I usually make them from cartoonorbit.com (http://www.cartoonorbit.com/),Sheep's official website (http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/sheep) ,or Mo Willems' official site (http://www.sheepinthebigcity.com/) . My current avator is from my sheep cap I scanned.
