Cinescape has four of Bruce Timm's character designs on its site--Lex Luthor (in his STAS business suit), Joker, Cheetah, and Solomon Grundy. Here are the links to see them (I'll post them later, but they need to be resized first):

Here's hoping that others will follow. Thanks to the DCU Animated's Justice League! (http://users.ev1.net/~kryptcom/justiceleague/frames.html) web page for the tip.

Luthor's cool. Grundy looks BAD. Joker looks just like he did in Static Shcok. I can't wait for Injustice For all

For the benefit of those who don't have the means, here are some resized copies of the pics. They'll have to be posted one at a time, unfortunately (I'll take them down once they're added to Toon Zone's Justice League board). Here's Luthor:

The images came via Cinescape. DCU just carried the alert that they were there.

Dag gone, Solomon Grundy is a beast of mass proportions. He's gonna be tossing JLAers around like bags of potato chips.

Does the fact that Luthor will also be in the episode in his business suit make anyone else more anxious and curious to see "Injustice For All"?

BTAS started off with some character designs that were simple, yet detailed. TNBA and STAS brought us sleeker designs that dropped all unnecessary lines and colors. It seems JL is combining both styles -- It retains the heavy details of BTAS and animates them with the sleekness of TNBA & STAS. From the looks of it, Luthor's face is slightly more aged, like Superman, and Joker has been subtly beefed up and stretched in some areas to look more menacing. Cheetah & Solomon Grundy are new, and this is actually the first I've ever heard of them, but they appear to be cut from the same cloth as the rest.

I guess all the stylistic alterations will only be noticeable to the diehard fans. Personally, I like these designs, and I know I'll be blown away when I see them in action. I just wish Lois and Harley could still be around.

Will Mark Hamil be playing the Joker's voice again? He was really good at it.

Mark Hamill will be voicing both the Joker and Solomon Grundy.

I remember reading somewhere that he would be playing the voices of Solomon Grundy and the Joker. :) If they got someone else to play his voice, it just wouldn't be the same. In my opinion, they couldn't have picked a better person to voice the Joker. I'm sure just about everyone would agree. ;)

Anyways back on topic, those designs look great. I especially love Cheetah and Joker's designs. The Joker does look a lot scarier all pumped up like that. To bad his lips are still black. I liked it better when they were red, but this design is much closer to his original BTAS look, so I'm not complaining. And Cheetah just looks awesome period. :p

I knew someone was gonna reply before I could. I don't know why I even bothered.

As the one who made the original post on the DCU Board, I can attest that these are legitimate designs. Although this is only one of the four Luthor designs -- and will only appear during the opening teaser in “I4A Part I.”

And I apologize for not posting this news on ToonZone first, but my office firewalls have issues with vBulletin for some reason, and this news couldn’t wait. But I knew many fans here cruise the DCU boards. Thanks for passing the message along.

Thanks for the tip. You wouldn't happen to know if any more are going to pop up any time soon, would you?

Interestingto see Luthor in the suit .. Implies some continuity between JL and STAS.

I had read that this incarnation of Luthor was going to be the
"mad scientist" luthor and he was going to be wearing the
pre-byrne Luthor body armor.

Perhaps the show will document Luthors decline ... I thought I had allready seen shots of the Luthor in green armor redesign.
Anybody else see this ... or am I just imagining this ?

Actually yes the pics of Luthor in the Super-Friends design has been circulating about for a while now. The beginning of "Injustice for All" is actually supposed to show how Luthor gets to the level of a mad scientist from STAS - giving us a further glimpse into continuity.
