So... should Arnim Zola be considered a member of the Masters of Evil? He's more of a backroom fellow, and it seems his personal loyalty is to Baron Zemo. However, he's definitely a villain, and not precisely a slouch.
So... what do you think? Master or Minion?

Arnim doesn't know how to fight but he might be useful by controling his creations like Doughboy and Primus or create an army of monsters using the DNA of the Avengers, i do wish thar Arnim Zola gets some screen time instead of being a merely minion.

It's kind of similar to the whole MODOC discussion recently; not every supervillian is an expert in hand-to-hand combat. Arnim's definitely more of a behind-the-scenes character rather than a front-line fighter. Zola has been shown working for Zemo, not necessaily the Masters of Evil, though as of episode 14 it's somewhat ambiguous. I too would like more screen time for the Bio-Fanatic; if he doesn't show up in the next four episodes, perhaps he'll be back for season 2 as well.

I'm rather surprised Arnim Zola ISN'T a physical threat. Unlike MODOC, he could actually upgrade his robotic body with offensive capabilities. He's even a boss in the upcoming Captain America video game!

While they've been a little inconsistent with the sizes on Crimson Dynamo and Arnim Zola, the artificial body is quite strong, and he can fire a beam from his little "TV Camera" head. The body is highly resistant to damage. He could get by - he just doesn't want to, preferring to use his clone minions and creatures.

He's the guy letting Zemo crash on his couch.

For some reason, i'm thinking he's really working for Red Skull.us But then i'm used to him being Skull's science guy.
