Porky and Daffy Title Card

I always like the title card with Porky smiling, and Daffy smiling, waving his arm. Which cartoons did they appear on? I'd like to have a full list, if possible.

The Porky and Daffy title card appeared on every color and B&W Looney Tune during the 1942-43 release season, and then after that on every LT that starred both of them for the next several years (apparently up until the start of the 1952-53 release season, though with all the Blue Ribbon re-releases that can't be confirmed). The title card was slightly redesigned in the mid-1940s to give Porky a more normal (i.e. less bug-eyed) look than the original 1942 card had.
