Simple. The first poster says something along the line of "what if we got [this movie] instead of [this movie]" or "[this cartoon] instead of [this cartoon]" and the next person answers, followed by another "What If". It can be something humorous or serious, as long as it follows. It just continues, so on and so on...
I'll start:
What if instead of Men in Black:TAS, we got Rush Hour: TAS?

Animation fans would still speak of the Jackie Chan Animated Universe.
What if we got the original Star Wars where Luke Skywalker was an old man and Han Solo a green-skinned alien?

Luke would have been in his X-Wing going: “Use the what? You’re used to what? Obi, you’re going to have to speak up into my good ear. Sure, you can use my fork. Now don’t bother me, I’ve got to figure out this fancy pants targeting computer."
And in the Special Edition Han would be digitally replaced by Gumby.
What if instead of banning commercial content in children’s cartoons, the Children’s Television Act of 1990 insisted on commercial content in cartoons?
Looks like this game came to a stop, maybe it's my question.
I'll add a few more. Take your pick and answer which ever one strikes your fancy.
What if "greatest" threads were replaced by "cutest" threads?
What if "fizzy lifting drink" from the Willy Wonka movie was available at your local grocery and convenience stores?
What if Superman was immune to kryptonite, instead his greatest weakness was chocolate?
