Believe it or not I've never seen a Bosko cartoon and with no DVDs on the horizon I was just wondring if anybody had ever come across a PAL format video with Bosko cartoons on it.
I know this is a long shot BUT I really want to see some Bosko cartoons.CN UK NEVER shows anything pre-1940 apart from Toonheads.
THANXS.

I havn't run across anything yet.
If all else fails, you can have a tape converted (or get a multi-format VCR).
Then there are the Bosco Video DVD's

Yes, but only if hippety hopper has a DVD player that supports Region 1 (U.S. and Canada) encoding. (See the technical specs on the amazon.com website.) Uncensored Bosko Vols. I and II are not available from amazon.co.uk--only from the U.S. site--so presumably it hasn't been released with Region 2 encoding.

"Believe it or not I've never seen a Bosko cartoon"
I believe it, i've only seen a few... i haven't gotten the Bosko DVD's 'cause i'm waiting on Warner Brothers to do what's right.
"and with no DVDs on the horizon..."
You hush your mouth! Actually, you're right. With no on-sale date, with no official word that one will be coming, WB-released Bosko on DVD isn't on the horizon... hopefully it's just beyond the horizon, though. Have you thought about writing WB to let them know you're interested? Hmmmm.... now there's a thought!

Get a new DVD player that plays all regions. I know it's not that easy if you don't have the expendable shillings so i'm half kidding. I saved up and got one 'cause there were a few British DVD's that i wanted that aren't available in Region 1.

Okay sir!
Although I don't think I'll be buying a new DVD player(I only got it at christmas)I will send an e-mail(or 3000)to WB questioning about a possibillity of the COMPLETE Looney tunes and merrie melodies libary on DVD etc etc.
I do believe that they will EVENTUALY release them on DVD(we can all say a little prayer at night though, that might help as well.)
