Here is what happened on today's 2 PM ACME...

Theme: "Robin Hooded"

1. "Robin Hoodwinked" (Ton & Jerry, MGM-Cinemascope/P & S)
2. "Robin Hood-Winked" (Popeye, Paramount, original titles)
3. "Robinhood Makes Good" (one-shot, WB, BR w/o credits, dubbed)
4. "Rabbit Hood" (Bugs, WB, BR w/credits)
5. "Robin Hood Daffy" (Daffy, Porky, WB, time-compressed)
6. "The Scarlett Pumpernickel" (Daffy, WB, BR w/credits, edited)

The 2 PM ACME ended 8 minutes early, leaving room for a "Shorties" ("City E-Scape", Quick Draw McGraw)

I'm sure our comments will follow...

Sveven, what are you doing?

I've had a project going since the end of January. At the end of each week, I print out Acme Hour (Mon-Fri) contents with limited details. Since the details would make my pile of contents a mess, I redo the Acme Hours to remove some of those awful details.

I can delete this stuff when I am done printing.

I'm nowhere near a regular on this board, but I have to nip this in the bud personally. If the details are that annoying to you, then why don't you just write the titles of the cartoons down on paper or type them out in a program like Word or something?

And I'm sure you wouldn't like me posting release dates either on my LNB&W review.

It's only Acme Hour (Mon-Fri) that I do this with. I want it to appear exactly like a genuine Toon Zone Forums sheet, so that's what I do.

Don't insult me!

What exactly is the nature of this project, anyway? I guess it's okay if you want to retype the Acme Hour contents so it looks like a genuine Toon Zone Forums thing, but why is that important? Is it some sort of school project, or are you just a perfectionist when it comes to cartoon collecting and you like things to be a certain way?

I did not see anything insulting in Nick's original posting. I do, however, think you calling him "evil" was a bit out of line, though. I don't think there was any need for that.

If you really feel the need to do this, Sveven, it might be better to do it at the Test Board, where you can post any kind of junk posts you want and no one should care. I still don't understand why you can't type it out in Word. So what if your new printouts are in a different format? Besides, you can easily go through the What Aired Today? board for schedules, and you can use the Search function on that board, so that should be much more efficient than using paper records.

Doing that will annoy fewer people, too.

I could do it at the test board and then delete it. Would that make you happier?

No, I will not cancel my project completely.
