Toguro Brothers ~ If only for the Younger Toguro alone. Because man, he was a really cool, complex villain. Though Elder is probably one of the best "love to hate" characters ever.
Thailog ~ I've never seen Gargoyles, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt simply from good reputation.
Dr. Claude Belgon ~ Dunno who he is. Seems creepy, though...
Poison Ivy ~ ...and Poison Ivy has never been the best animated villain. I liked her a lot in The Batman, though.

The Hacker - the more I see of him, the more I like him. Lloyd just has a lot of fun with the role.
Gecko Moria - One Piece villain, which means he's better then half of this list from the get-go.:p He's not my favorite, though...
General Grievous - What I've seen of this guy just seems bland.
Waspinator - I haven't seen any of this guy, but boy does he look silly.

1. The Hacker (I always loved Cyberchase. It was the kids show that I kept watching for the longest period of time. I'd probably still be entertained by it today. Hacker was hilarious)

Makoto Shishio ~ I just love this guy. A great philosophical question to th entire arc - the strong vs. the weak, Social Darwinism, what a society should be built on. Plus, the tenacity, the brutality, the suave Steven Blum dub voice. Can't go wrong.
Sir Crocodile ~ My personal favorite One Piece villain. SUCH a scumbag, but with that great mafia don style. Plus, his sand powers are pretty awesome.
Envy ~ A great villain, but I just hate him so damn much. One of the truly unlikable villains... which I guess is a good thing, huh?
Demona ~ I'm sure great, but, again... ain't never seen no Gargoyles.

1. Medusa: I've only watched fifteen episodes of "Soul Eater" so far, but this serpentine witch has definitely potential to be one of my favorite villains. Medusa is cunning, ruthless, sadistic and very unsettling and I can't wait to see what she does next.
2. Shan Yu: Badass.
3. Tom Cat: Always rooted for him over Jerry
4. Team Rocket: See above. Sure, it got tiresome to see them in every damn episode, but I did like them more than Ash, Misty and Brock.

Toyman ~ Definitely one of the best animated adaptations of a comic book character. When I learned that the original version was just a weird old man instead of a creepy plastic-faced freak, I was VERY disappointed.

B:TAS Clayface is legitimately different from his comic book counterpart, enough to warrant a place in this competition. And even then, why shouldn't animated counterparts of comic book characters be included here? The point is that the character is in animation, not whether they started off elsewhere.

Because he's not really an "animated villain." I mean, you could say that Batman is the greatest cartoon character, but I don't really consider him a cartoon. He's a comic book character. Multi-media characters should be primarily defined by the medium they're most often seen in.

The animated Clayface just doesn't feel uniquely "animated" enough for me. Toyman does. Mr. Freeze does. Darkseid doesn't. The Joker doesn't. Harley Quinn does. It's a case-by-case basis.

I think it's a matter of opinion rather than an objective thing. Ron Perlman was great as Clayface in B:TAS and he brought an intensity to the role. As a result, that's the version of Clayface I think of, not the comic book one. Some will feel the same way as me, others won't.

Curse of the Were-Rabbit and A Matter of Loaf and Death are the best Wallace and Gromit stories, I feel. I couldn't care less about the others. Oh definitely for sure. The dub of Castle is pretty damn good all around, but Hamill was its real star. He nailed the character's evil nature to a T and beyond. He really made the dub worthwhile.
