1. A buisiness man operating without the public knowing he's bad
2. A go-getter, robbing banks, and being open about being a criminal

It's always smarter to go with the "be something without being something" angle (Lex being a super villain, without being a super villain, for example), because that usually encourages good/clever writing. And although I chose that in the poll, I can't wait to see the 2K2 take on the 70s Injustice League Lex set up.

yeah, we can't really tell till this thing airs, but I like the business Lex so far. For the purposes of the story the new lex would probably do fine.
