In Season 1 of The Zeta Project it was revealed that Ro had a brother - after re-watching "Hicksburg" I saw the photo and realized a similarity - is it possible her brother could be the clumsy Agent West or the techno genius Bucky?

A lot of people have been suspecting that West is Ro's brother, but I seriously doubt that. For one, the eye color and facial structure is too different. Also, I've seen a screen shot of the credits for "Ro's Reunion," and West and Ro's brother have different voice actors. Bucky's a little too young and looks nothing like the picture.
