The only shot I can't place is the one with the Thunderquack. It looks similar to a shot from "Dances With Bigfoot" but that episode is too late in the production run to be included here.

I had suspicions about those Duck Blind shots! I feel almost bad for missing those. That's just about my favorite episode.

Yeah, that shot with D.W. mugging and lights flashing was likely done either for the introduction animation or some promotional material. It's present along with some other such shots in the original Disney Channel intro.

I thought maybe the Thunderquack shot might have the same origins, but it really could come form almost any episode.

Usually the clips for the Disney Afternoon shows are from early production episodes, true. I can see that all of the Darkwing intro came from actual episodes. I know this wasn't the case for TaleSpin, for which they used some parts of a promotional clip : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWjn58XAPrU
