Maxx - Mick Foley

Sara - Sarah Gilbert (if she were a little younger) or Alexa Vega (if she were a little older)

Mr. Gone - Kelsey Gramer (in their day Vincent Price or Bela Lugosi woul've been great)

Sara's Mom - Catherine O'Hara

Sorry, sometimes I'm not very articulate. The question is, If you were casting a live action movie based on the Maxx, who would you cast as the characters?

If your unfamiliar with The Maxx, it was a series of comic books by Sam Kieth and later developed into an animated series on MTV in the 90s.

I'd skip out an actual person from playing the Maxx, to a CG big purple guy. If he was entirely CG, then the "dream sequence" world that he made up for himself, which would be CG anyway(You know it would), he could blend in better with it..just a thought.
