Donnie Darko

Sorry if this has been brought up/discussed to death before, but has anyone seen the recent movie 'Donnie Darko'? I just rented it on a whim and was blown away. The cover makes it look like another crummy teen horror flick, but in reality the closest approximation I can make is 'American Beauty'.

Anyone else dig this movie as much as I did?
