Darkwing Duck episode "Aduckyphobia" Thread

This week I decided to start a thread for the Darkwing Dck episode "Aduckyphobia". The main villian in this one is Moliarti, who is joined by an innocent spider, who accidently bites Darkwing Duck, giving our hero four extra arms and taking on the identity of a spider superhero (can't remember if Darkwing changed his hero name).

I really like Darkwing's new superhero costume in this one. I also like the spider. He's not really a villian, but Moliarti easily tricks him into doing evil things, which the spider is oblivious to. The spider is voiced by Lorenzo Music, better known as the voices of Garfield, Carlton the Doorman from Rhoda, and Tummi Gummi from Gummi Bears (okay, so Tummi may not be among his best-known characters, but I'm sure he's one of Music's best-known to us!). The voice he uses is pretty much the same used for all his characters (anybody know if that was Lorenzo Music's normal speaking voice?), and his childlike innocence is funny to me. I feel he should have had a more childlike voice, but I'm equally pleased with the voice he got, and unlike Garfield he's selfish at all.

Hmm, I don't know. With the way I've been doing them (starting one episode discussion thread a week), if it were all one thread, I feel it'd be awkward if somebody started discussing an episode discussed earlier after more had been discussed. For episodes that have had discussion threads, then it wouldn't feel as awkward (to me) if somebody started dscussing later in the thread after more were posted. It's not my fault that very few people have been replying in my episode discussion threads.

I believe he did use a different name for his spider superhero identity (although I don't remember the name).

Wow... Not too different from the episode's title. In fact that should have been the title of the episode.

If the Darkwing Duck toyline was successful enough for series 2 to be released and justify a third series, it would have been cool if an Arachnoduck figure were made.
