I wanted to start a thread about the Darkwing Duck episode "Paraducks".
Paraducks is a good episode. The plot invoves J. Gander Hooter giving Darkwing access to a time machine (which Gosalyn stows away inside of) and goes back to when Darkwign was a child. Gosalyn tells Darkwing that they shouldn't do anything to affect the future (she's seen many movies about time travel), so Darkwing doesn't do anything to the gang he sees his past self associated with... But when he gets to the future that gang is more successful, and Drake Mallard is one of them, so they go back in time to set things right.
I like this episode, but I am a little confused. Darkwign doesn't stop the gang, but since Darkwing doesn't when he's in the past they become a successful group of villians. So how come "present" Darkwing not stopping bad guys when traveling in the past affects the future?
I like "The King". Sure, he's basically an Elvis presley parody character, but he was funny. I don't think he'd be a good recurring villian, but is good as a one-shot. And his voice sounds like Johnny Bravo's (were they voiced by the same person?).
The events of this episode do contradict the flashback in "Clash Reunion". Here, we see that Drake became Darkwing Duck as a child, because of his meeting with his future self, but in "Clash Reunion", we see that he first became Darkwing Duck at a school dance in high school.
