I'm honestly surprised no one has posted this yet, but:

Through a bit of investigating and going through some private collections, all seven cartoon shorts that marked the start of Walt Disney's animation career have now been found and have been restored (previously, three of them were missing). This is actually pretty great news among animation historians, considering how much of an important role the Laugh-O-Gram Studio (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laugh-O-Grams) played in the formation of cartoons in general.
