Yes, it is, but the programming varries from country to country, I believe.

It is international and in fact, YPsmitgimmick reported to us that Goldilocks and the Jivin Bears aired, and had the excellent Turner-print vidcaps to prove it. Also, it has been said that some Mammy Two Shoes and His Mouse Friday show uncut there.

I'd really like to hear if YPsmitgimmick sees 'daffy the commando', 'herr meets hare', or 'russian rhapsody' - germany is 1 of the strictest on trying to suppress Nazi activities, as is Austria (Hitler was an Austrian, not a German).
IMNHO, do not drive the creeps underground - let them openly spew their garbage where everyone can see/hear them (and know EXACTLY what they are up to and where they live)
