Basically, I've heard that the episode was suppose to be a full fledged crossover between Darkwing Duck and Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers via dimensional travel, and that the dialogue from Chip and Monty were a nod to said plan.
So was this crossover confirmed or speculated because of said voice cameos?
