Watch Cartoon Network this Sunday at 7:30 PM for the incredibly well-received Batman: TAS episode "Over the Edge".

This episode was selected to air by Bruce Timm as one of his favorites. Before the episode airs, Bruce Timm will give a short commentary on why he picked the episode as one of his favorites.

The upcoming Sunday episodes are:

"Over the Edge" - March 31st
"Legends of the Dark Knight" - April 7th
"Beware of the Grey Ghost" - April 14th
"Two Face(Part 1)" - April 21st
"Two Face(Part 2)" - April 28th
"The Laughing Fish" - May 5th
"House and Garden" - May 12th
"Read My Lips" - May 19th
"Heart of Ice" - May 26th

I'm not sure how many episodes will have Bruce Timm talk about them in the beginning. The commercial mentioned that it was Timm's Top 10 or something. Or maybe it's just 10 in general. But, there you have it. Not sure what the 10th episode is(June 2nd is pre-empted by June Bugs).

That would be worth taping again just for the intro. Cool!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally get to tape it. It always came on while I was vistiing other people's homes, so I never got a chance to tape my all time favorite TNBA episode. I might not ever HAVE to watch another episode again, well maybe for the Catwoman episodes, but that's it.

I'm gonna have to catch this one. Timm talking about the episodes? It's almost DVD-esque...

Speaking of which, I hope they preserve these for any future DVD releases and get him to do more!

Okay, this is what I don't get.

On CN's schedule highlights:

Each Sunday, Cartoon Network will feature an episode of Batman: The Animated Series selected by Bruce Timm, the artist and producer behind this groundbreaking show. Each presentation will include commentary from Timm on why he considers the episode a favorite.

Hear what Timm has to say about the "Over the Edge" episode of Batman: The Animated Series this Sunday, March 31, at 7:30 p.m. (e/p).

They clearly say that Timm was supposed to talk about the episode.

So what happened? No idea.

Might just've been a lie...a misunderstanding on their part...or something. It's become all too common now..

Title: OVER THE EDGE
Rank: Number 10

Dramatic. Beautiful. Shocking.
This is the quintessential Scarecrow story, delving into the deepest fears of the main cast by allowing the most daring questions to be asked: What if Batman's identity was exposed and what if one of the Gotham knights fell in battle...

No Bruce Timm. The text above scrolled up as the Toonami announcer guy read it aloud.

That sure was a disappointment! I was expecting to hear Bruce Timm comment on the episode before it aired, and all I get is an announcer talking about it during the commercial break. I'm not even sure if those were Bruce Timm's words, because they didn't even bother to say. What a joke!

No, it's not a lie. Perhaps you misinterpreted what they said. If it says commentary, then those were Mr. Timm's comments. Maybe they did not have him on-air reading them, but they were apparently his words. I think people assumed he'd be on-camera and as a result, were let-down. Sorry guys!
