This could contain spoilers
The puzzle box has been solved again and the demonic Pinhead has returned to Earth again with his legion of Cenobites to bring torture and death to those who stand in his way and to release Hell on Earth once more. But Kirsty Cotton, the only person who has defeated Pinhead twice, is back and ready to fight Pinhead and the Cenobites once again.
I personally hope this movie is like the first 4 and not part 5 "Inferno" They haven't said yet. There isn't too much known other than who is directing it and what's stated above. It is slated for a 2003 release.

I don't want another Hellraiser 3 with Cenobites running around killing folks indiscriminately. I think the Cenobites are supposed to be about bringing those that call them unimaginable levels of pleasure and pain, not just being slashers.
I want this one in theatres this time.

I don't mind if they come to Earth and slash people up if they are working for a goal. To bring Hell on Earth with Pinhead as the absolute master. How cool would that be? They should allow Pinhead to win for once. There are so many ways they could go to explain why he must give the entire Earth pleasure in pain.

The original Hellraiser is my favorite horror movie ever made. Hellbound: Hellraiser 2 is extremely good too. Even the original novel that its based on (The Hellbound Heart) is great, and Clive Barker is my favorite author.
Unfortunately the movie studios basically said 'screw you' to Clive Barker and completely destroyed Hellraiser with the 3rd movie and afterwards. Removing all the originality and connections to the first 2 flics and making Pinhead the villain, something he never was(if you'll remember, Frank/Julia were the villains in the first movie, and Channard/Julia were the villains in the 2nd) resulted in the third movie and everything after being complete garbage.
So imagine how excited I am for a 6th movie in a series that killed itself 3 movies ago  Maybe if they forget the events of movies 3-5 and let Clive Barker have control over the movie it will turn out good, but we all know that won't happen.

How true. Since when do Pinhead and company kill innocent people who are minding their own business? They spared Kirsty *twice* and even Tiffany, who opened the puzzle box not knowing what it would do. I also dislike how they started making all the cenobites Pinhead clones, rather than giving each their own unique look. And the complete disregard for continuity in Bloodline? Ecccch. Inferno is good for the novelty of it being It's a Wonderful Life featuring Pinhead, but that's it.
