What's the deal with this character? I bought one of his comics and I can't understanda thing. It's like there is too much back story. They said that he was from the future, but he's a kid. SOmething like how he aged too quickly so they had to send him back in time to stop aging. And how is he related to Wally West? Is he even related to him? And how did he get his super speed? Anyone care to explain and also explain his alter ego?

His name is Bart Allen, and since he's a decendent of Barry Allen, who is Wally West's uncle, he's also related to Wally. I don't know much about his origin though...but I think he's from the 30th Century. And I might be mistaken but I think he was a member of The Legion of Superheroes for a short time.
