Ducktales episodes missing? [Archive]

I recieved vol. 1 and 3 from moviesunlimited.com today. And saw that the first five eps are missing. Do anybody know why?

They're on volume 2.

Disney released the episodes in production order rather than original airdate order.

They did the same with Rescue Rangers by putting the 5 part pilot on volume 2. However, because of fan outcry, they started putting the pilot episodes on the first volume starting with Talespin and Darkwing Duck.

Also, with TaleSpin and Darkwing Duck the episodes are in their syndication order (and syndication cuts), which is why in Darkwing Duck you have introductory episodes for characters after they first appeared.
