Two Towers Trailer?

Was there a preview of the two towers:lord of the rings released today? if so does any1 know if its on the net yet?

I just got back from the movie and I must say it got me excited from the next one already, and I'm not even a fan of the book! (well yet anyway ;) )

I know nothing of it being on the net, and unless you are talking about on the official site, you shouldn't be talking about that here. :)

It came out on the 29th, to some theaters.


I Saw the movie FOTR again on Friday, and they didn't have the Trailer!!!
I was pissed off about that, :mad: I suggest that you ask about it before you see the movie.

Am I ever gonna see this thing???? :confused:

Well, here at the Regal Cinemas here in the Portland area they were showing The Two Towers trailer. My gf and I went Saturday night and before we bought our tickets I asked if they were showing it and the kid I asked said yes. He also said it was really good which I have to agree with him. God, I can't wait until this December! I'm wondering if just the major theater chains got the trailer, and not the second and third run theaters. Kathy Kane, was it a major theater chain you went to or not? And Maximus, I wouldn't be too surprised to see this thing make it's way to apple.com after about a month or two once New Line milks the trailer in the theater to get people like me to see FOTR again.

This was my second viewing of FOTR, first back in December, and man, I can't wait for the extended DVD set, cause this movie I can just watch over and over again. It'll probably be the same for Two Towers and Return of the King too!

The Ents aren't in the trailer, but there's an early shot of Merry and Pippin looking up- presumably at Treebeard. Still, if you look carefully at the trees in FOTR... there are faces on 'em.

No Ents as RockItShipper stated, but we see plenty of Gandalf the White with speaking lines, lots of battle scenes, new characters, a little bit of Gollum with speaking lines, we see most of everyone that was in the first film, lots of scenery shots. This movie looks as beautiful as the first.

Yes, it was the Cineplex Odeon Janus theater in Washington, DC.

I asked afterwards and the manager guy said that it was on it's way, like Tuesday they would have it.

The line "the ring is getting heavier" creeped me out.
I love this movie!!!!!

I can't wait till X-Mas, I wish I had a Tardis(a time machine), then I'd fast forward to the day of the opening. :D

The link I posted came from comingsoon.net/trailers. They posted it yesterday plus a mirror website, but I just checked and they have since been taken down. All night last night, the website kept crashing from people flooding it. So either the owners of the site just said to hell with it and didn't feel like fixing their site, OR New Line's lawyers stept in and said, hey, take it down or you're gonna be sued.

That was the Quicktime one. However at comingsoon's website, there is a link to a Window's Media Player version that came from a Chinese broadcast. It's not the whole thing, and some woman speaking Chinese keeps talking through it.

But Kathy, if you're link is different than the one I posted, if you could, please post it or e-mail it to me.

I really have no clue where my Brother got it, but I sure there are a various places to go, like Morphius among other places.
If it can be found on a computer, it can be hacked.

as Penguin said, anything relating to Bootlegs isn't alloweded to be talked about (unless it's just bootlegs in general [IE: a topic with "what is your view on bootlegs" would be OK.]) Any link posting or asking WHERE to get the trailer is prohibited.

Please continue with the discussion on the Two Towers Trailer. If bootleg talk is continued, the thread willl be closed.
