View Full Version : Last Season of sheep :(
I read what's on CCF the fansite,it said that this is the last season of sheep. So I have a question does that mean no more episodes are made today? or does that mean they paused developing episodes?
Please answer.

I don't think Sheep ever caught on despite its attempt to make it a new generation "Bullwinkle and Rocky"...

It wasn't supposed to be a new Rocky and Bullwinkle.
Mo NEVER intended it to be that way. Some newspaper said it and then PR people went crazy with it.
And if you watch Sheep, you'll agree that it has nothing to do with Rocky and Bullwinkle. No politics, no cultural ties.. nothing really. Unless you say it has a narrator.. so then is The Powerpuff Girls the new Rocky and Bullwinkle?
There are a couple of episodes left..
The show ends in April though, but will repeat through the second season in case you missed the episodes.

The news means that there are no new episodes being made anymore. Cartoon Newtwork still has a few that they have not shown yet, but there won't be new ones again.
The Bullwinkle thing still is undecided for me. Here is a mini-list why...
1. The narrator
2. The 3 part episode break up
3. Puns for titles
4. Animals on the run from humans
dispite the creator's intent, it has a lot of the feel of Bullwinkle. I didn't even read any press release and it was the first thing that popped into my mind while watching it. I think that's what most people think too.

I had exactly the same reaction. The tongue-in-cheek pun-laced humor is *definitely* similar, whether the creators intended it or not.

I Think lots of cartoons have influance frome R&B. The ppg's, dexter, The simpsons all seem to have Bulwinkle influance. Even Craig Mccracken has said that he took influance from R&B.
