All of the above, except X-Men First Class: I was never a big X-Men guy. I am also curious to see what will happen with Spider-Man.

I hate this question! :p Mainly because I am looking greatly forward to each of these films(although Avengers has my least interest, and yes I am looking forward to X-Men, I love everything X-Men!). But I think Green Lantern is the upcoming film that I am interested in the most. Sci-fi superheroes are awesome! Plus I wonder how it will look.

Out of that list, Captain America is the one I'm most excited about and looking forward to. Second would be Green Lantern.

I'm curious what they do with Spider-Man. I didn't really care for Raimi's second and third films, so I'm indifferent on the whole reboot aspect. X-Men: First Class is basically the same deal for me. Wasn't much for the other three films.

Thor and The Avengers are wait-and-see for me. Thor because I never followed the comic and am not very familiar with the character, so I have no idea what to expect. The Avengers because it's apparently going to be written/directed by Joss Whedon. My feelings on it should be more certain once I know how I like (or possibly don't like) Captain America and Thor.

Superman I wish would just be a sequel to Superman Returns since I loved it, but I'm curious to see how they approach a reboot. (Just as long as we don't have to start out with an origin story again.)

Batman 3 is the lowest on my radar. Don't care for the Nolan movies, so I have no anticipation for the third.

Oh wow! I'm glad i'm not the only one who loved Superman Returns! I would of liked a sequel too but I'm tired of waiting and want more Superman! :)

Hmm, well after seeing the pics my anticipation for GL fell substantially. Looks like I'll have wait for a trailer to see if my hopes can be revived. Superman I have no anticipation seeing as well...there's barely any news on it. X Men First Class, Avengers, Captain America, and Avengers fall in a mild interest territory as I'm sure a couple of those won't be very good. I guess that leaves Thor and Batman as the ones I have the most interest in as I'm a Batman mark and I sort of like what I've seen of Thor so far.

Definitely Batman 3, as the first two Nolan Batman films are among my all time favorite movies - comicbook or otherwise. I'm very happy that he's attempting to bring the story to an amazing conclusion, rather than leaving the door open for a zillion more sequels. If he can pull this off, then we may have another oustanding trilogy to join the likes of LOTR and Toy Story. :)

Thor also has me interested, although I'm not really that knowledgeable about his comic book series. The excelent casting and good costumes are signs that this is shaping up to be a fantastic movie, although the film still has a long way to go. And of course, once Marvel (hopefully) has Thor raking in critical and financial success, all we need is Captain America to be just as good, and then an Avengers movie just might work. ;)

I have no interest in X-Men First Class however, as it seems likely that it will be just as rushed as Wolverine: Mediocre Origins. Green Lantern and another Superman reboot are also meh to me, although the latter could be interesting with one of the Nolan brothers at the helm. I guess I'm just more of a Marvel fan than a DC fan, excluding Batman and his mythos. However, if either of them turn out to be good, then I'll likely see them in theaters.

Oh, and as for Spiderman, let's just say that I'm in no rush to see another adult playing a teenage superhero, nor am I interested in a Spiderman film directed by a guy who has nothing besides a single romance movie behind his belt. If Raimi was still directing and the original cast was still involved, then it would be a totally different story, but since that's not happening, you can count me out.

Captain America's #1, no doubt. Cap's always been at the top of my list for superheroes, and a big budget WWII flick starring him is like a dream come true. Thor and Avengers aren't far behind that, though; Marvel's "Avengersverse" slate on the whole, really.

Batman 3 I'm not too excited for yet, but that's just because we don't have any details. Once those start to drip in, I'm sure I'll get on the hype bandwagon. Same thing with Spider-Man; this whole reboot thing has me a tad worried, and it could go either way, but I'm always game for some webslinging.

Green Lantern... I love Green Lantern, I really do, but honestly I just can't get into the idea of a live action movie - and the pictures they've release are doing nothing to win me over. Maybe it'll surprise me, but for now, I'm not really interested. Same for Superman - I mean, they could really hit it out of the park, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Never really been into the X-Men, so I can't say I've really even followed that one.

Hmmmm. I'm not so much surprised that you "loved" Superman Returns, but that you loved Superman Returns and don't care for Nolan's Batman movies.

I for one don't like Superman Returns, but I don't think it was all bad. As for Nolan's Batman movies, I absolutely love Batman Begins, and only like The Dark Knight.

When it comes down to it, I think Superman Returns is overbashed, The Dark Knight is overrated, and Batman Begins is the best.

Yeah, same here. Was very excited to learn the film would be set in WWII. Not just open in WWII and then transition into present day, but actually spend the entire film in WWII. Very exciting! :D

I was never much of a Superman movie fan, so I wasn't too sure about watching it. But I ended up really enjoying it and was glad I saw it in the theater, too. I would have been upset to just seen it on DVD and realized I would love to have seen it on the big screen. :)

I thought The Dark Knight was a bit of an improvement over Batman Begins, but at the end of the day I guess I just don't really care for his take on things. Were times in the films where I felt it was getting little more than Batman in-name-only.

There should really be a poll on this thread. From most excited to least excited:

Really Interested
Captain America is a hero I've always found cool and his movie looks awesome as of now. Also, it is a period piece which I find to enjoy more as I grow older.

The Avengers is a movie I've been excited for since Iron Man. Also, ever since I was young, I either wanted an Avengers movie or Justice League movie. This is probably the only one I will ever get so I am looking forward to it.

Batman 3 because I liked the first two movies and I want to see the story completed. That said, I'm hoping for either the Riddler or Poison Ivy. Trust me, she could work...

Green Lantern is a movie that would be up two spots if it was yesterday but the pictures have put it down a bit. I am still interested though.

Eh, These Could Work
Thor is one I'm only interested in because of The Avengers. I really don't care for Thor but I guess I will have to see this if I want to understand The Avengers.

Superman is one I'm minorly interested in. However, this could easily jump up if one of the rumors was true: Brad Bird as Director.

There is No Way I Will This
X-Men: First Class is only this low because I've never seen any of the X-Men movies so it has no interest to me.

Spider-Man just ticks me off. Why reboot a perfectly good franchise? I loved Sam Riami's movies and I don't really see why they cancelled Spider-Man 4. It just seems stupid to me.

Where's Scott Pilgrim? I'm looking forward to that more than anything on the list, but if I had to pick some, I would go with Captain America, just to see how it will work out, Green Lantern for being one of my favorite DC comic character, Batman 3, just to see where Nolan can take the movie series, Thor to see how they tie that to the Avengers, and because Thor is awesome, and Avengers to see how Marvel's gamble of adding continuity to their movie franchises is a good thing or not.

Given the budget of the old movie, I thought Red Skull looked pretty good, in the opening sequence of course. I didn't like that the rest of the movie just had do some plastic surgery and look normal again. I want my Red Skull to look like Red Skull and stay looking like Red Skull.

X-Men First Class: New Cast for the characters should be intresting.
I am hopping they get actors and acress that look the parts and can act the role. Than of course you need a good storyline with plenty of action.

Spider-Man Reboot: I've been a fan of each Spider-Man film, of course I'm curious how this one turns out with a new cast and based on college too from the start?

Pretty much, these are the only two I'm really intrested.
I'll watch the others probaly but yah.

Well, I've been waiting for Captain America and Green Lantern movies for years. My three favorite superheroes are Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, plus Cap, so I'm excited for most of these.

You might want to update this with a poll. That would be interesting.

As for my choices:

Definitely The Avengers first, just because Joss is involved and because it looks like a new type of superhero movie.

I would be into the Captain America movie but I'll be honest, I don't like World War II stuff. I'd be much more into a movie set in modern times, which hopefully we'll get in a sequel.

I expect them to seriously mangle Thor, you have to really get Jack Kirby to get Marvel's Thor and I doubt many people in Hollywood do.

I have low expectations for the Green Lantern movie. What I've seen so far fails to impress, in fact everything I've seen is just dead wrong for the character. I might be surprised but I'm not holding my breath.

I have high expectations for Dark Knight 3, but it's so far away and we know so little it's hard to get hyped for it.

The Spider-Man reboot could go either way. Too early to tell. Same way with any new Superman movie.

I have to admit I haven't been following First Class well enough to give an opinion on it. It's good to have Bryan Singer back on the franchise, though.

As for some you didn't mention.

I think Scott Pilgrim will be a bit of fun. I'm not drooling for it, but I'll at least check it out on DVD.

I really don't think the Green Hornet movie is going to be that exciting. I dunno, the tone seems weird, I'm not sure what kind of movie it wants to be.

I am most looking forward to Batman 3, I absolutely loved The Dark Knight and Batman Begins. The last time I enjoyed the first 2 entries as much in any franchise was X-Men.

And also Captain America, the good Captain (Steve Rogers) has always been one of my faves. But I have to admit that after having hopes crushed with the first Cap movie, I am a little leery. I can only hope that all those who oppose his mighty shield will yield.

Now I must comment on the rest of the list.

My enthusiasm for Superman is virtually nill, especially since they chose to not stick with Routh. I am just hoping I don't have to deal with an origin movie again. I have Smallville & The First movie for that. He also better be able to lay the smacketh down on some one instead of dealing with fault lines and land grabbing schemes.

Spider-Man: has my hopes up, cause I want my quipping Neighborhood Wall-Crawler and not some mopey dope. I want an enthusiastic Spidey and not a lethargic one. I want less unmasking to the world and more secret identity.... I don't want another origin story. Use flashbacks to establish any changes and stop boring me with origins.

The Avengers: This Norton debacle is infuriating... if you are going to keep recasting the role, just CGI in Bixby and get a sound alike. Or just introduce Joe Fixit. But before I can form any rationale opinion I got to see the other parts of the puzzle, the Thor and Cap movies. But I am looking forward to Downey Jr. reprising his role.

X-Men: First Class, I am one those who only follow X-Men as far as Wolverine is concerned (I know... You all hate me now ) but if it ain't got Wolvie I have no anticipation for it. Well if it had Patrick Stewart I would...

Thor I don't really like the character, so for all I care they could make him a clone of the Thor from The Incredible Hulk Returns.

I'm most excited for The Avengers. I really think Joss Whedon will knock it out of the park. I think he's the absolute best writer they could've gotten for the film, and I think what he lacks visually can be made up for with all the visual talent Marvel will put in behind it.

I think X-Men: First Class has a lot of potential. I thought the writing in Kick-Ass was disappointing, but I loved what Vaughan and his writing partner did with Stardust, so I bet this will turn out better than I expect it to.

I think Martin Campbell is a phenomenal director (his latest film Edge of Darkness is amazingly good), so I'm excited to see how he'll handle Green Lantern.

I'm really interested what the angle is that David Goyer came up with for the next Superman movie. He's a very smart writer, and with Chris Nolan guiding it I think it'll be a pretty solid film. I hope they embrace the scale of the world that Superman lives in and really take advantage of what that has to offer.

Of all of the announced comic book superhero movies, it's probably Thor that I'm anticipating the most. Over the past year or so I've really gotten into Thor; I've always been kind of enthralled by Norse mythology and it makes for a unique slant on the typical superhero genre. A thunder god from Asgard sounds more unique and cooler to me than some ordinary shmoe who gets bitten by a radioactive worm or something and decides to deal with it by donning a goofy costume and fighting crime. I really hope the filmmakers don't drop the ball on this one.

X-Men: First Class: If this had been announced during the '90's, I'd have probably had a fansgasm about this. Nowadays, I'm not that into X-Men anymore. I'm not really into crazy huge superhero teams anymore, especially ones with more than 4 or 5 members (the X franchise has always had too many characters for a minimalist like me), and I can't say that I'm wildly anticipating seeing the likes of Havok and Banshee on the big screen, but it may be interesting to see what they do with this mixed bag of characters. Anything to wash the tastes of X3: The Last Stand and X-Men Origins: Wolverine out of my mouth.

The Avengers: Again, I'm not into crazy huge teams, but when the team consists mainly of assorted A-listers (particularly Iron Man and Thor), then my interest is piqued slightly. The Avengers are basically Marvel's Justice League, so this may be entertaining. My only concern is that that many characters, especially big name characters, may be too much to try to cram into a single film.

Superman: I just want see something, anything worthwhile done with Big Blue. I'd like to see him become huge again.

Captain America: I've never been a big Cap fan, but this movie may prove interesting. As long as it's nothing like Cap's previous foray into moviedom.

Green Lantern: I've always been neutral toward the GLs, and that's how I feel about a GL movie.

Spider-Man: Same deal with Captain America. I'm not a huge Spider-Man fan, and the previous Spidey movies didn't really do anything for me, so I really have no opinion on this reboot.

Batman 3: The Dark Knight was well done, but I've always been lukewarm to Bats in general, and nowadays after all of the years of Bat hype I'm just Batmaned out, so this is the one comic book film I really don't care about.

I was excited for Thor when I was hearing the casting and rumored film ideas and everything but now that we're seeing pics and ET clips, my anticipation has waned considerably. I guess I wanted to see a really good superhero/fantasy hybrid movie and this looks like it will not be that at all. I'm a big Captain America fan so I've wanted a good movie forever and I excited but I'm still on the fence about the Chris Evans casting, and I happen to like Evans a lot. Hearing stuff about The Invaders being in the film and other details has me very cautious but it's probably the movie I anticipate most.

I was never that crazy to see an Avengers movie, and I'm still not, but hopefully Whedon pulls it off. I also hope Vaughn does a great job with First Class. I've felt pretty disappointed with most of what was released after the great year we had in 2008 (Dark Knight, Iron Man Incredible Hulk) so I'm not as comic movie crazy anymore but I'll remain hopeful.
